Thank you for taking the time to rate us. I'm sorry your experience with us wasn't up to par! As I recall, you wanted to return a rug almost 7 months after purchasing it because the color of the Falls Stripe Pink rug no longer worked with your color scheme. You also wanted us to pay for your return shipping. Our return policy is 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We did offer to accept your return and provide you with a store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, (due to length of time that passed from the purchase to the return) but you declined and decided to keep the rug instead.
