Everything at Sugar and Spice Decor is very nice and its affordable. It is easy and always find something i love.

I wonder if it is a one man or woman show. I can't figure out how to make a return. No one ever answers the phone. No one answers my emails. No one sends return shipping labels or information.

It was such a pleasure working with Sugar and Spice Decor! The owner, Kelly, was extremely helpful in purchasing a rug, which I was very apprehensive to do without seeing my choice in person. She even gave me suggestions of different rugs I might want to consider that were all spot on--Kelly made it hard to choose just one!

Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I will be shopping with Sugar and Spice Decor again!

I recently ordered a second rug from Sugar and Spice. On both occasions, the rugs arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It took a few days for them to ship the rugs, but in both cases, the rugs arrived the next day after they were shipped. And that was with free shipping!

Received on time, and it was exactly as presented.

Dash and Albert rugs came on time, in excellent condition, and well packaged. Spoke to customer service on the phone and via email and was satisfied with the help I received.

I used a 20% off promo code the company sent me in An email. After paying and receiving an order confirmation, I received an email saying the promotion had expired and I needed to pay an additional $40 or so!!! WTH?!? I responded that they should honor the promo because the order had gone thru w/it and I was not going to pay more, and they could do that or I would take my business elsewhere. They refused to honor the promo and I cancelled the order.

The Dash and Albert wool rug I ordered was as described and arrived quickly, but the rug pad offered with it was 37. yet only 22. on the D&A website. I will be careful next time--the money I saved on tax was more than made up for by the price of the pad, so not a good deal at all even on this small item.

I chose the regular free shipping, and it didn't take long at all to get them. I would recommend Sugar and Spice for this type of purchase.

I had questions about a rug I wanted to purchase. And the person who picked up the phone was more than knowledgeable about the product. She had also suggested other rugs that I may be interested in. I found two more that I love which I just ordered this week I'll definitely shop again with sugar and spice Decour the items are unique and fun
