Absolutely disgraceful service and no communication

I had a very disappointing experience with Stylevana, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
I placed my order on the 25th of March and the payment was taken immediately. However, the order just sat in “processing” with no updates at all. After a full week of waiting, I contacted customer service myself to ask what was going on, only then was I informed that one of the products was out of stock. There was no proactive communication from them.
I asked them to cancel that item because I didn’t want to wait until the 22nd of April for it to be restocked, and I was assured that the rest of my order would be dispatched straight away.
However, as of the 16th of April, nearly a month after placing the order, the status is still stuck on “packing.” When I contacted them again, I was told that the order had been shipped, but they couldn’t provide a tracking number because they “don’t have it yet” from the courier. On top of that, I was told it could take up to 14 more days for the order to arrive.
At this point, I genuinely doubt whether I will receive my order at all.
This kind of service is unacceptable, taking payment immediately, failing to inform customers about stock issues, and providing vague, inconsistent updates. The low prices are simply not worth the frustration and uncertainty.
This was my first order with Stylevana, and it will definitely be my last. I will update this review if and when I actually receive my order.

I have spent hundreds of euros on…

I have spent hundreds of euros on Stylevana over the years, converting my skincare routine to Korean products and placing orders for my sister and niece through my account.
On 13 March 2026, I contacted customer service about a valid VIP coupon (REWTIERVIP25) that could not be applied to my order, despite my cart meeting all requirements. I provided full evidence, including the original promo email showing the code and its terms.
I was told the issue would be investigated within 2–5 working days. It is now well beyond that timeframe, and I have received no meaningful reply, only automated acknowledgments. Meanwhile, I continue to receive marketing emails daily.
This is unacceptable. Stylevana promotes loyalty and VIP rewards, yet completely ignores genuine customer issues. I will not be ordering from them again until they demonstrate that they can provide even basic customer support.

STAY AWAY

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company altogether.
After months of going back and forth about my order they finally send me a Pic of where my package was delivered. Not even close to the address it was supposed to be delivered to. I dont know who is lying the courier or Stylevana.
Either my cc company refused my money back. So just save yourself the hassle and stay away from this sorry excuse of a company.

Order #BWSVEUB1000473621 stuck in Packing since Feb 17th

My order #BWSVEUB1000473621 has been stuck in "Packing" since February 17th. I corrected the address and it was accepted on March 20th, but there is still no update. All items are in stock. This delay of over 40 days is unacceptable and I only receive automated replies. Please dispatch my order immediately.

Update (March 30th): After my public review and multiple emails, the company finally contacted me and my order #BWSVEUB1000473621 has been dispatched today with a tracking number. I am updating my rating to 3 stars for now and I will provide a final update once the products arrive at my address.

Update (April 10th): Finally received my order today. The products arrived in good condition. Although the delay was significant, the issue was eventually resolved after the company's intervention. Final rating updated to 4 stars.

This company are scammers

This company are scammers. They have very MISLEADING CLAIMS about their products. Getting hold of customer service for returns is IMPOSSIBLE. Returns at your expense back to Hong Kong which will cost more than the products purchased.

I would give less than 1 if it was an…

I would give less than 1 if it was an option .. I ordered 5 products on the 4/02/2026 and received all the wrong products .. someone else’s order I believe .. then I had to wait a week before they sent someone to pick up this order and I still have not received my order and all my emails are being ignored .. I am beyond not happy .. give me back my money !!!!!

Best experience with stylvana eu from Ireland

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with Stylvana EU. I live in Ireland, and when I saw the prices, I was very surprised because they were much cheaper than elsewhere. I placed an order, and then I read the reviews on Trustpilot. I thought my money was gone, and I'd never receive my order, especially since it took 15 days for the status to change from "packing" to "dispatched." But the good thing is that when I contacted customer service, they were fantastic. They responded immediately and reassured me that my order would arrive as soon as possible. And today, after almost a month, I received my order. The products are authentic, they were well-packaged, and I'm very happy. I wanted to write this review to reassure you, and I will order from Stylvana again and again

Ridiculous customer service

Ridiculous customer service. I received a package with multiple boxes crumbled, one was completely soaked, I took pictures and discarded of affecting items. Apparently, pictures are not enough. Customer service wants expiration dates LOT numbers etc. days later they want to see the item in more detail, like I would keep it for days soaked for the sake to keep it.

Never use again! Don't recommend

I could give negative points if I can

I could give negative points if I can. Avoid this company. Worst service ever in the worst. Never sent the order. Tons of emails to cancel the out-of-stock items to speed up shipping but nothing in progress. Then cancelling the whole order after more than a month then missing refund of out-of-srock issues. Never provided the refund transaction as proof when the bank confirmed no refund found. I'm like ping pong that Stylenava and the bank are playing. Bank asked for the refund proof and Stylevana failed to provide it but keep words in their mouth in email only....

Worst customer service ever

I placed three orders before giving up. They managed to mess up with all 3 of them. I have never encountered a worst customer support service and a slower service in general. The products are worth it but the Odyssey to obtain them definitely not. Never buying from them again.

Please guys don't order from them, this is a fraud website these people think people money is a joke I have ordered for nearly 140euro stuff I am struggling to get my order now very very very bad website
Guys this is my first and last experience it's better to pay a bit extra from good website at least those people are loyal to there customers but not this one. I hope one day my order will arrive but please don't order from them. This is my honest opinion

Look for a better place...

It's been happening to me lately that I buy products that are on stock and ready to ship in 24 hours and then, when it's been a week and my order hasn't been shipped yet and I contact them (and they take their time answering), I find out that they're suddenly out of stock. I wait for two weeks when they're supposed to receive it to find out that it's been delayed. Again, I find this out because I contact them again, they should tell you this kind of things but they never do. Costumer service is terrible, you can't relay on what the website says about the products being on stock or not, the items they give as a gift on promotions lately are always the same, and the discounts they give to Europe are so low compared to US...I was happy to shop here but it's just been getting worse, if someone knows of a better place (besides yestyle), please let me know.

All items arrived and also got some free samples. Thank you stylevana.eu 🤗All in all a good first impression. Also the items were very nicely packed. I purchased on the 26.12.2026 and my items arrived on the 19.1.2026 (given the fact that the holidays were inbetween i would say pretty normal delivery time) . I will definitely buy with you again!

1+1 offer removed and denied to deliver

They advertised the 1+1 offer about the Bring Green zinc teca blemish serum which would have been shipped in 14-21 days, I made my order on 21th of December (60€ of products) and waited to get shipped.

10 working days later(11th of January) I asked them by email about the expected date of shipment and I get this answer:
the following product is (it was the 1+1 offer) currently out of stock and the
supply cannot be guaranteed in the
near future.

The next day, on 12th of January it appeared on the site totally available and usually shipped in 24 hours, so I told them to include it my order and not lie, no need for refund. They won't include it and they kept telling me it's out of stock.

STILL appears available (3 days later!) after I have exchanged a couple of emails with the #stylevana #stylevana_sv team.

I strongly encourage everyone NOT to shop with @stylevana_family @stylevana_sv.
Don't fall into the trap of ordering because you will get this deceitful behaviour and in the end you will place an order and not get the item/items you really made the order for.

If you want to get deceived and played shop at stylevana.
14 days of waiting (for my package to get shipped) to then not get the serum I placed the whole order for and have to wait 2-3 more weeks to arrive. Never again

I am very satisfied with Stylevana

I am very satisfied with Stylevana. I have already ordered several items from them. All were delivered in good condition and each one came with an extra gift. I had to contact customer support twice and they always replied within 48 hours and resolved my request. The longer wait for the shipment is really worth it. I recommend and will be a loyal customer for a long time. I ordered from Slovakia.

Non existent support only automated messages

So far it's dissappointing if it changes i will update this review. They had a product in their catalogue two times and on accident i added the one with the 30 days shipping instead of the ready to ship i emailed them 4 times to try and get an answer as the product is the exact same and the only thing they did was change the prices (make the product i wanted to sub with cheaper). Since then I keep getting the same automated message with no real reply as to what's happening. There is also NO WAY to cancel your order manually so black friday is lost for me or i have to wait for over a month. They also keep saying my order is released when i still see it as processing in my profile. Be very careful before you order or add anything to your cart they do not care about the customer at all.

Very good

Good day, everyone. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. I didn’t want to place an order because of the negative reviews. But then I found myself in a situation where my favorite serum, the one I always use, was completely unavailable on European websites. So I decided to take a risk and ordered from Stylevana EU.

What can I say? All the products arrived quickly. The items were high quality, authentic, and original. When I contacted customer support, they replied literally within two hours. They communicated with me, explained everything clearly. The whole package arrived intact and undamaged. They included lots of samples and even a little gift, which was very, very, very nice.

And it’s a pity that I didn’t order from them earlier because of the bad reviews. It’s very strange that there are so many negative comments. Everything was perfect for me. I’m grateful to the girl who wrote a review on iRecommend about Stylevana EU, saying that she had already ordered from them three times. It was only thanks to her that I decided to take the risk and place an order.

Now I will always order from them, because the prices are great and the product quality is excellent. I placed my order on November 7th, today is November 24th, and I have already received my package. So I definitely recommend this website. And it’s very strange, really, that there are so many bad reviews. It’s a wonderful site — from now on I’ll order only from them. The prices are very good, and there are no customs fees. I’m extremely satisfied.

Good prices but long wait …

It has good prices for items you would find a lot more expensive elsewhere
Customer service is quick to respond
The only downside is that it takes too long to ship the items. 10 days for the order to get shipped. And longer for them to arrive. If you are in a rush don’t buy for them. If you don’t mind the wait , it’s good.
