I bought a pair of pants on February 25th they were not in stock they didn't notify me I had to figure out on my own that they haven't shipped because they're out of stock so I go and try to find something else that's in stock and they say I'm sorry we don't have that size it's out of stock I mean so forth and so it just goes on and on and on and these people don't want to refund my money I would not buy from them ever ever now I got to call my bank and try to get the money back this is a very piss poor company I wouldn't even give it a one but I had to in order to write a review Bad Bad Company

Horrible experience!!! I ordered two of the same jackets in different sizes for a trip, knowing the website said I can return unused merchandise for full refund. I contacted them immediately after receiving my order, both were too large. I requested a refund, they contacted me with an exchange option. Once I told them I wanted a refund, they ghosted me! I have sent dozens of emails, left voicemails and no further response!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!!!! I had to dispute with my cc company. Do not buy from them!!!!

I made an order for 3 items from the website and it arrived 11 days later. I wanted to make an exchanged for 2 of the outfit because they it wasn't the right size. The person helping me did not want to uphold the 14 exchange period and instead tried to get me to hold on to the item and give me a 20% of the next order. I declined and asked to exchange again. They told me that the items came from china and that I would have to pay shipping and if anything happens to the items during transit I would not be able to get a refund. I willing to pay for shipping and asked for the location, but they said again confirmed that they are china and instead wanted to give me a 5% refund. I declined and they offered me a 15% refund. At this point I do not want to talk to their representative and don't want to take their refund. They can not uphold their own exchange policy.

Very bad quality material, size are not correct, I order size L, they send me large in small fit.
I email request return/refund they refuse to do it. They wont action like the return policy they had. When I receive product, try it on its comes out so tight can't even put it on. I email contact for return right away, 2 day later they return email with excuse for exchange but materials so bad and dont trust their size no more, I replay back for return and refund only. They reply back:
Do you agreed to pay for the shipping cost and duty tax to send back the package for us in CHina?Even the cost will higher than the good?
We can not handle the refund if the package is lost or we don't sign it,is it acceptable for you?
Please let us know and that you also could assist the clearance in China if you need to send back the package.

This company is so bad. Please don't order from them

Scam..scam...never never buy please. I order 7 items but came only 3. All 3 are cheap, another 4 are expensive which were not delivered. It took 1 month to be delivered. Qualities are horrible. I'm really angry. Read my comment and stay away from this seller.

I bought $170 merchandise, 2 of the items don't fit me. There 2 items cost $120. They told me to keep them and send me 20% discount code as I have to responsible for shipping fee back to China and it's very expensive. I wear size L and the sent size Small ( one size fits all). Very disappointed.

I would actually give them zero if it were possible. Never received a confirmation number and they still haven’t replied to the email I sent them. I payed via PayPal. I can’t check the status of my order because the website “is currently unavailable”. Horrible experience, seems like a scam. I dont recommend anyone to buy from them.

This company is horrible. I placed an order in February, 2 lace shirts. I never received a response, and Paypal told me they would not refund me because Stylesimo put in a tracking number. I received an email from they in June, they said the shirts were no longer available and would I like a refund. I replied yes, no reply.

A week later same email, would I like a refund, same answer, no reply.

On 7/14, I received one of the shirts! Unbelievable. Never received the other one. I've emailed their parent company and them, no reply.

I have put an order on the 24 of January. I never heard back despite emailing them. I would string advice to nit by from this website.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This website is horrible. I ordered a bathing suit cover-up about 2 months ago, and I have kept emailing them asking when my order is going to be shipped - and no answer. Granted it was only $20.00 but it's really upsetting that I was charged & never sent my order, nor ever responded to asking where my order is. Just a despicable company.

Emailed them 6 times asking for an update on my order which was placed back in February. My c/c was charged in February. It's almost May and I still haven't received anything from them including a reply to my emails! Avoid this website like the plague!

My loss was only $25 but I want this fraudulent company put out of business. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with the BBB. This being in a foreign country makes it harder but we should keep on letting the public know what dishonest thieves they are.

Ordered an XS top. It arrived and was a 3X. Emailed to find out how to exchange. I was asked to take a picture of the label on the bag ( which said XS) and the top ( which said 3X). Just a mistake, right? Top was packaged in wrong bag.
I sent a picture of the label, the label on the shirt.
Oh no, company said I clearly received the correct top.
I responded that I did not get the right top,
Response back from company. Measure shirt. Compare it to their size chart and send more pictures.

My order has never shipped. I keep contacting them with NO response.

my wife ordered a blouse on November 9th. They finally informed us on December 5th that it was out of stock. We contacted them a week or so prior to this date to ask for a response about our order. They did not respond until December 5. It took three requests. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

I would liked to have investigated this company before it was too late, I have been scammed $90.00 dollars and it is very sad because as I am seeing on this site, many other people this company has robbed shamelessly too.
Bought 3 items, one ($24.89) was send with different size than ordered, the other one ($39.99) had loose threads and faded fabric, for the quality of the third item ($34.80) I have no words to described it, really horrible!
I have emailed them about 20 emails, filled out their Return&Exchange form to requested the return address (I had some answered emails, no one with the address to return, but silly and stupid excuses)
It would be nice if there is a way to unmask them so they can't continue to scam people.
If anyone has any ideas, feel free to share it.

I placed an order on 11/3. Payed via paypal. Never got confirmation number for my order nor shipping information. Best to stay away from this store.

This firm is the most dishonest company on the internet I've yet to deal with. I ordered 7 tops and 1 leggings last Dec 23, 2018 and paid for them by Credit Card. They arrived directly from China much later than normal time frame of 2-5 days. Then I filled out their Return Form when 5 shirts were way too small despite fact I do wear a Small Size. I guess in China a Small is for teenagers and I'm age 60. To date, I have never received back an email and they won't chat on line to authorize the return. As the goods need to go back to China, it is impossible to return them without incurring a hefty fee and I'd rather have clothes to donate rather than pay over $ 25.00 to return them and receive zero credit. Thus NEVER buy from this company, they are a scam if you need a return, the quality of their clothing is terrible, typical junk from China you would never think of wearing. Thus I emailed them and chatted yet again this week 3 days ago, with no reply. You also cannot call this firm, they are completely internet based and hiding behind their overseas office. And their on line chats means nothing, no one is there to chat with. I am completely dismayed and so grateful for this venue to let others know NEVER bother buying from Sylesimo.com. You are throwing your money down the drain if you don't like their products. I will update this venue if indeed the firm replies to this review as they are properly notified with each review. I am also notifying Amazon.com of their deceitful practices whom they sell through.
