Everything is the order looks great my only issue is that I received the wrong colours ordered and I have been trying to contact Styleberry for over 3 weeks now to exchange for the correct colours but no has has responded. I have tried emailing several times and posting on their Facebook page and sending a private message on Facebook but to no avail. There is no contact number listed on the site so I have run out of options of communication. If someone sees this please contact me as I would live to start using what I bought.

Great product and easy to apply. Great instructions if you are unsure and if done right, it will last a good amount of time. Have mine on for almost a week now and still going strong.

I used the pastel paradise I loved the colours, I did my nails a week ago and it’s still going strong, Styleberry is my preferred brand because of the quality, very happy with their service

I received my order, the uv/led lamp did not have any power supply or cable, cannot use it,tried to get hold of them by email since 23 December 2023 without any response, not even email stating that the business is closed until a certain date, do not know what to do now.

Happy with the product. Nice packaging. Used the gel polish once so far and very happy, it's been over a week and no chipping or peeling.

I am very happy with my over all experince from ordering to recieving my products. The quality of all the products from UV LED machine, packaging and the Gel itself is AMAZING. I will definately be purchasing more. If you are a first time buyer and want to do your own nails to save like i do, i can recommend getting the gel 6 colour set with th UV LED machine KIT, adding in the 5 Piece Base, Top coat gloss, Top coat Matt and the primer and ofcoarse the 2 piece black and white 15ml gel combo.

I received my package this week Wednesday everything was in order love the product BUT what i am not happy about is my top coat was dry when I opened it. I emailed your company Thursday about my problem still waiting. Please assist...

I like the verity of colors and beautiful packaging. The only thing is, the quality is not so good. The acrylic doesn't set so well... As what I am used to.

Buying online from Styleberry was simple, and their customer service was fabulous! We initially couldn’t see if our order had been processed, so reached out to them, and they assured us that our order had been received and that the courier would be collecting soon. I especially enjoyed the updates received about the status of the order with the courier company. It made planning for the delivery seamless.

I have been in touch with Styleberry from the very start of my order. I also explained my experience with the product and they were very helpful. Their customer service has been excellent and outstanding. However, I would have liked to have a cantact telephone number. Well done on your customer service.

Easy to order products online, quick and efficient delivery and the products are good quality and packing was very smart.

I truly have not had a good experience with them, I ordered my gel nail kit on the 26th of Nov, today is the 4th of Dec and I still have not heard a thing. They have no number to phone on so it’s really difficult to get hold of them.

I have emailed several times, insta & facebook messaged just to receive nothing.

I ordered it to have my nails done for a wedding I was attending but I had to go with plain nails.

I have been waiting a week for my package to arrive , the courier claims to have been at the address i gave but did not contact me at the time to say they are outside .
The couriers contact number that i was provided with does not work at all .
I am still waiting on my package and i have been sending styleberry emails but they are not communicating back .
