Hello Kestutis,

When you placed this order it was for custom made adapters that require the type of beltpack to be selected at the checkout. You didn't select this option and was emailed within 1.5 hours asking which beltpack you was going to be using them with. Once we had a response, they were then made and fulfilled within a couple business days.

Once dispatched this item arrived within 5 business days from the UK to Lithuania including customs clearance/tax payment.

The taxes you paid are local, this is correct for any international shipment. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about your local taxes and brexit.

None of the service we have provided warrants a 1 star review.

10/10 customer service

10/10 customer service. Due to no fault of Studiocare I received cosmetically damaged speakers. Studiocare promptly resolved the problem arranging a free return and a new pair was sent out on a day of my choosing. Will order from them again and recommend to others.
