The best price, fast delivery, well packaged.
Would definitely use them again

After being let down by another music shop, dealing with Studiocare was a breath of fresh air. Their communication was great - they responded to my emails within minutes. I originally ordered a microphone that turned out to be out of stock, but they offered me an upgraded microphone for the same price. They shipped it the very same day, and it arrived the next morning. The packaging was very secure, and they even tucked some sweets inside, which was a lovely personal touch. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I’m disappointed with my recent online order experience.

After placing my order the item initially showed as in stock and I received a confirmation email, but I received no further updates.

More than 24 hours later the item availability changed to out of stock and I wasn’t notified, despite your website stating:
"If for any reason the item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you immediately and place the item on backorder."

I understand the item may have been in high demand, but for a purchase of over £300 I would expect prompt communication if availability changes or if my order is being back-ordered.

Please improve order-update notifications so customers aren’t left waiting without information.

Phone support was excellent — both representatives were helpful, efficient and professional.

I'm an inexperienced DJ without all of the equipment at my disposal and had taken on a challenge to DJ my best friend's wedding back in March 2025. I needed questions answered and a trial run, hiring equipment to experiment with to find what would suit the occasion, venue size etc. Doug and his team at Studiocare were patient and absolutely fantastic with me. I aced the wedding and have total respect and want to give a mega thanks to Doug his team and Studiocare. They are cool dudes and SO SO class. I will be back when my next booking comes in. x

Sent my DJ decks in for repair, was fixed very quickly shipped and delivered the next day, great experience will definitely use studio care again in the future!

Studiocare provides an excellent service. Fast delivery, items always packaged exceptionally well, and great customer service.

I want to highlight Studiocare for the service provided and the incredible variety of AEA products. Thanks to the vast catalogue and the fantastic offers, I had the opportunity to try many AEA microphones. From the R84 to the new AEA N13, I always found a microphone that stands out from the scrum! These microphones are an asset for our studio, and I can't think of buying another ribbon microphone from anyone else.

This is my second important purchase from STUDIOCARE in each one I found great service and all my expectations were fully met.

Absolutely fantastic! I recently purchased a license for Soundtoys at an amazing discount. There was a slight delay in receiving the serial, so I reached out to their support team. They promptly responded a few hours later, explaining that licenses are typically issued during working hours. No worries at all. A few hours later, I received my license, and the software worked flawlessly. Their website interface is great, and they offer a good variety of products.
