The staff are very friendly and…
The staff are very friendly and helpful, it is a very convenient place that you can go to everywhere in walking distance. All facilities in my room are in very good condition. The most impressive experience is that the staff are always friendly and work efficiently, if you need any help, they can always respond in 10 minutes and send corresponding staff to your room, include engineers and cleaners to sort out your problem immediately.

Excellent refurbished rooms along with their exclusive mini fridge. I have stayed here for 3 years as nothing is closer to the University than this! Brilliant customer service and brilliant location.
