I booked a return flight from melb to queenstown and wanted to cancel the return flight as the flight times were adjusted by jetstar, if i booked by myself the refund would have been into my account in a number of days, but with student flights it took over 20 days!! i know it was not a lot of money but its the 21st century it should not take that long to process a refund. i will not be using student flights again.

Dave, our student flights consultant, provided us with excellent customer service always looking to offer us the best deals possible. We found some huge savings and were able to get the holiday we wanted for the price we wanted. Would definitely recommend and I will be going there for my next holiday.

Consultant was very approachable and attentive. I travelled with my daughter (student) and they were very accommodating in sorting out my reservation also. Saved over $300 on my daughters flight to US. Highly recommended.

The ticket was quickly purchased without any long wait to see a consultant. Price was similar to what I had found on another site.

I normally book most of my holidays myself, as i used to live in London and know how the flights and airlines work over there. This time I was doing tours so I decided to get a travel agent to book a few things for me. I found both my travel agent to make many mistakes and not helpful and the store was also very poor in replying to my emails while overseas.

Everything that was booked for my last trip was perfect. The transfers, the accommodation & even the recommended activities.

I have used student flights previously with no problems. In this experience it was OK except for the promised overnight in Seoul as we wanted to break the flight on our way from Sydney to Toronto. It was a hassle to finally get the overnight stay.

My travel agent, Stef Harmes -Southland is beyond amazing. I couldn't have ask for any more.

I recently had to organise flights from Perth to Adelaide to attend a funeral on a limited budget during school holidays.

The Staff at Student Flights at Westfield Innaloo were fabulous, managing to get me on a Qantas flight (so I could use my frequent flyer card) as well as a very good car hire. They even saved me money by recommending that insurance taken would alleviate me having to face potential high coasts the car hire company would charge me.

This is not my fist excellent experience using Student Flights and I would recommend them to anyone considering either domestic or international travel.

Amy was meticulous in "finding" just the right flights for me travelling to Vienna and on to Munich. I have traveled extensively in the past but have not encountered such great and friendly service previously. Go Student Flights!

Tried on Sunday the 10 July 2016 to contact your office to get a new flight as I had miss the booked one. On a mobile for over 30 minutes or more was no fun and costly. My issue was not resolved and I had to take what the airline gave me. I had hope you would have given me a better deal but nothing happened.

Easy, quick and friendly service.

Kendall was great! I was very full on and probably very annoying with all my constant questions! She was able to help me with all my queries, and all my flights and transfers organised through her were all straight forward and a big success!
I am a MASSIVE stress head, but thanks to Kendall from Student Flights Highpoint i was able to actually sit back and relax and know that i was in good hands! Everything was straight forward and easy to follow, and great prices!

my travel agent was the most lovely lady! She got my tour organized in like a day, and was always down to talk out what I was doing and how i should prepare. I have never met someone more passionate about travel and so positive about the word and whatever destination you are going to. I will be booking my next holiday through them
