The pump on our booster tank water pressure system started leaking. I called Stuart Turner and they confirmed the pump was still under warranty. Within a week they had sent an engineer to us with a replacement pump and all was fitted and working again. First class customer service. 👌👍

We bought a replacement Stuart Turner pump as our existing one which had worked seamlessly for 12 years finally expired. The new pump had some issues as it would turn on and off when the cold water was running. After contacting Stuart Turner - Eddie helped us sort the problem out. Before sending over an engineer we had to re-work some of our existing pipework to conform with the Stuart Turner specifications (in the end this proved unnecessary as it was the pump that was faulty). However, once this was done Eddie arranged an engineer to come and fix the problem - which they did very quickly. The after care service was good despite having to pay an additional £400 to change the pipe work before an engineer could be sent out.

Phone call answered promptly, professional technician (EddieMcCreadie) answered the call. I was able to allow him to hijack my phone camera to allow him to see the installation (VERY impressed at that technology!).
Sent a replacement pump without quibble, arrived the next working day.

Good relaxing day, learnt more than i thought i would, good to see a British manufacture up against the imports doing well. Interesting walk around the production floor. Adam was knowledgeable on the products and advise on specification.
Would recommend attending the course to as think it is good to have this additional training.

I spoke to Jason on the technical desk. He was Incredibly helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. He correctly identified exactly which sort of pump I required for my customer and followed up our conversation by sending a great deal of pertinent information across. His help directly benefited my customer and ensured that the negative pressure pump I required was the correct one.

Replaced shower pump 3 times, all suffered from warn out bearings. would have expected them to last longer.Not be using that make again.

Dealt with Helen Tomsett in Technical Support who was knowledgeable and accurate in her description of what was needed and how to carry-out system checks. Her verbal instructions were followed-up with details and diagrams sent by email.
I have had support several times from the technical team at Stuart Turner over the 20 years that we have been using their pumps and they have always been pleasant, cheerful and extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with the company

Needed to contact company as pump had problems and Helen was simply wonderful and so very helpful. A genuine lovely person !
Helen emailed me a check list and once I’d established what was needed I rung back fo the parts I needed. Sadly Helen wasn’t available but her colleague advised on the necessary parts information and I ordered the parts from a recommended supplier.
Sadly no warranty offered, but parts reasonably priced so all is well now.

Eddie McCreadie was excellent; patient, knowledgeable, and clear. He explained the likely cause of the issue i was having with my pressure pump recycling. He sent me an email explaining the checks that need to be run, walked me through the website to the parts that may need replacing, and he pointed me to reliable service engineers. He also guided us in the right direction to think through different hot water system options for our home.

Jason Acock could not have been more helpful. He quickly confirmed that my Monsoon Twin pump had failed, and immediately arranged for the delivery of a replacement pump and collection of the seized one. He was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.
My only issue was that when I made the initial call to the Customer Service number I was 16th in the queue and it took almost exactly 4 hours (!!) before I was put through to Jason.
