It looks hipster und cool, but very unprofessional.

I was a client 1 year in this company.

1. Was expensive in January 2023 (saved by strombremse).

2. It remained expensive when the contract expired in January 2024. You can find a cheeper offers lets say it like this, because its subjective.

3. After contract termination (wich i did on the third week) the app stopped showing any information. And the whole year i was able to use just a web version, app was useless for me.

4. I was supposed to get a refund (because i paid more than i used), but "mistakenly sent it to an old account, not the one from which I had been paying my bill for eight months".

Dear Stromee support team,
I am constantly in contact with you, both by e-mail and by phone, I called your support line on 21.02. last time (I have called you five or six times, since my contract ended).

The todays answer was:
1 yes we missed all deadlines for payment because we sent the money to the wrong account.
2 yes we got the money back.
3 a new payout according to our rules can happen within two weeks, but we sent you the money on 20/02/24 (what have you been doing with the money for a week since it was returned on the 14th of February? Did you carry it to the cashier's office on foot?)

Yes, lets post my contract number all other the internet 32475 endet on the 09/01/2023.

Upd num 2: Geld wurde mit 14 Tagen Verspätung ausgezahlt und am 23 February '24 kommen auf meine Konto. Sie haben vierzehn Tage gewartet, um auf „Auszahlen“ zu klicken. Wahnsinn.

I said to myself, ‘Go ahead. Take a chance. Hire the smart, fat girl.’ [in your case young, cool company, not V****fall] I had hope. My God, I live on it. Anyway, you ended up disappointing me more than any of the other silly girls.

They care more than the bigger players

Moved to these guys after years with SWM. But I got tired of the monopoly and I wanted to support a young company and so far I'm not disappointed. Transparency is there and, while the portals still need a bit of work, they're on the right track and I've been able to save money. Recommended!
