My Strictly Fitness Experience
The Programme run by Julie from Strictly Fitness has been extremely enjoyable and personally beneficial both in terms of my physical and mental well being, As a result, I have greatly improved my physical health by increasing my daily exercise, my hydration and significantly improving my diet and eating habits. I have also reduced the consumption of unnecessary stimulants (including alcohol, caffeine and sugar) that has, in turn, improved my overall sleep quality. The combination of these changes has resulted in a 6kg weight loss in 12 weeks, improved energy levels and physical core strength and flexibility through increased daily exercise. The overall impact of the programme is that I feel physically fitter and healthier and, as a consequence, mentally happier and more positive in life. Under Julie’s expert guidance, I am determined to build further on my fitness progress and have enrolled on another Fitstones Programme.
Finally, I would like to take the opportunity to pass on my gratitude to Julie for the excellent support and guidance she has provided over the entire programme in terms of the physical exercise regime and her brilliant coaching.
Excellent Pilates classes
Excellent Pilates classes! They are professionally run, each exercise is linked through out the lessons to give you the maximum workout. The benefits are amazing they improve your core muscles, balance and posture. It certainly improves your wellbeing.

Julie, from Strictly Fitness, is a wonderful, vibrant, and well-informed individual who exudes friendliness. Attending her sessions is always a pleasure, which is why I participate in two Pilates sessions and a dance fitness class weekly, experiencing the positive effects daily.

Julie is inspirational.
Julie is inspirational. Her classes are lively and challenging, in a good way.I really like the way Julie explains why we are doing a movement and the muscles we are using. I really look forward to the classes.

Sunday morning exercise retreat
Had a brilliant Sunday morning , exercise morning retreat. A ballroom and Pilates fitness morning and healthy refreshments after ! Brilliant …Julie is very clear on her instructions and explaining why this is good for you. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Upbeat dance class, suits all abilities
Julies Fitsteps class is an upbeat dance based class which gets my heart rate up and taxes my brain, in a good way!
The class is very friendly and we are a mixture of ages and abilities. No experience is needed as Julie is a great teacher and she recaps all the steps at the start of each dance.

Brilliant way to improve fitness!
What made my experience great is the fun breezy instruction. It is already improving my fitness. I thought it would be hard to pick up but I'm beginning to do that as the instructor gives clear, simple instructions and there is no pressure. I would highly recommend.

Julie makes the experience : her excellent dance knowledge, high energy, teaching patience and high standard of achievement, make it an enjoyable learning time which attracts a wonderful group of ladies to learn dance to a high standard.
Ballroom fitness
I participate weekly in Julie's ballroom fitness. Her lessons are good fun but her expertise elevates this from the usual fitness class. I'm learning dance steps/terminology alongside having a good workout. Julie is enthusiastic, approachable and obviously cares for her clients. I have also participated in her Pilates sessions which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
