Genuinely the most helpful, insightful and supportive service I have received when it comes to body improvement.
I have had lower back pain/a weak lower body for 7+ years and in the 1 year of attending Clara’s Pilates classes I’ve seen numerous improvements. No matter how many people are in the class, Clara makes you feel like you are tended to and that you’re getting the most out of the hour. By looking at your posture, she knows what exercises will be most effective for your body and how to improve any problems you’re going through.
From a stronger core, flexible hips and a stronger lower back, to being able to run without feeling pain, Clara’s Pilates classes have been my common denominator.
So much so, I did a few sports massages with her and the service was equally as great.

Since meeting her, my body awareness, mobility, posture, and core strength have improved dramatically, which has significantly enhanced my sports performance.
She takes the time to truly understand her clients and always provides thoughtful regressions when certain movements aren’t possible. Every class with her feels focused, intentional, and tailored to your individual needs.
What really sets Clara apart, though, is her positive energy and character. She’s attentive, friendly, and never rushes the process.

Clara’s always been thoughtful
Clara’s always been thoughtful, thorough and great at Identifying the issue and helping with great care. She takes time to go through excercises, modifications and pain relieves and ALWAYS follows up on the following days/weeks to check in which I’ve never found anyone does outside of the gals at better flow but it’s so important!
She’s always warm, welcoming and I always feel so much better after seeing her, couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I cannot recommend Clara highly enough. As someone who often struggles with motivation to workout (and proper guidance), booking 1:1 pilates sessions with her was the best decision I’ve made. Clara is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher, but what sets her apart is her positive attitude and go-getter energy. I now feel noticeably stronger and more confident, and the chronic pain I thought I just had to live with has already started improving after just a few sessions, I can't wait to continue my journey. Best physio ever
Clara is the most amazing physiotherapist and pilates instructor - I honestly can’t recommend her enough! I’ve been seeing her for the past 18 months for physio, pilates and strength training and she’s hands down one of the best practitioners I’ve ever come across. She has adapted my training to accommodate various injuries and mixes up the sessions so they are always interesting. I would give her 10 stars if I could 😊

Clara is an excellent teacher. Each session is carefully planned and tailored to what areas I need to focus on. Her experience really shows through and the minor adjustments she makes to my posture and technique are very beneficial.

She checks in before each session to see if I have any issues, and then tailors the exercises to include the areas that need extra attention. This has made a real difference to how my body feels.
In addition, Clara is a qualified physiotherapist and knows how the body works which makes her sessions very effective. Highly recommend!
Clara is fantastic
Clara is fantastic! I went to her after I had damaged my shins running. She gave me a detailed physio plan and helped me get back to fitness. I was able to run a marathon after the physio injury free!

I went to a different physio before this and I didn’t have the best experience. Meeting Clara from a recommendation from a friend was like a breath of fresh air.
She was warm, kind and understanding of my injury. Made adjustments when I explained I had a competition coming up and overall our sessions have helped me everytime.

Clara is an amazing Pilates instructor and physiotherapist. She gives fabulous tailored advice and varies her sessions so you’re never left feeling bored. I have exercised my entire life but always feel challenged when I attend her classes online and face to face. Would highly recommend!
Helps you do exercises correctly
I signed up to the online classes about two months ago and I’m so glad that I did. Clara is such a great instructor. I have tried other online classes but I have always felt like I am not doing the exercises correctly. Clara on the other hand explains all exercises so clearly and thoroughly and I can feel that me doing the exercises as per her instructions is making such a difference. You can really feel the ”burn”
Pre natal pilates, one to one, online
I have been working with Clara since my first trimester. I always look forward to our sessions and love the way I feel afterwards: strong, flexible and confident that we are readying my body for carrying more weight and for birth. I already know that I want to continue to work with Clara post natally too. Her knowledge is huge, her communication clear and gentle and her approach is patient. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I recently had an online Pilates session with Clara for my back pain, and she was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and attentive.
