Everything is working great!
The delivery took longer than advertised by 5 days and I never got a confirmation from you that the core was picked up from the mechanic

Transmission was done one year ago and no problems. Cost what they said it would.

I have been in the automotive repair business for nearly 50 years. This transmission replacement was awesome from the first contact. I was helping my widow neighbor get her car fixed and Street Smart gave me incredible service and a great price. They shipped it almost immediately and didn’t charge me for shipping. They picked up the core on time and it worked perfectly! I wish I had known of them sooner. 10 stars from this certified master tech.

Having to spend just under $5000 including labor was not a great experience. However, the three year warranty on the transmission plus some help on labor provided some peace of mind that is not otherwise available. Street Smart did a good job of providing instructions and shipping updates. Very professional.

Transmission arrived early and the company you suggested had it installed in 2 days. Great transaction all the way around. Would buy from them again.

Product was great operates as expected.
Delivery was great.
Core return has been an issue. The bill of Layden for return arrived in my email 20 minutes after the shipper showed up they left. I got the bill of Layden printed out and I have not heard anything back from them and have tried to schedule a pick up date and I’ve had no responses.

Dealing with your sales team was a great experience and they were very quick and helpful Process went smoothly for most part only part that still has not happened after 3 weeks is the core pick up. I still have it and have called several times but was informed that it was due to trucking company and i would not be charged anything so it is ok on my end. Other than that all was great

So as of right now my truck threw a code on the transmission 2 weeks after installing. Not impressed. This is very inconvenient and I should have just went to Jasper. Transmissions is what they do so one would think they would do it right.

There was a problem, but it was quickly resolved.

Waited 3 weeks for tranny and when delivered, it was the wrong one. No expedited order for the right one. Waited almost another month for expected delivery . When I called ,a day past the expected delivery date, it still had not been shipped. But was told that it would be shipped in the coming week. Cancelled my order. Only positive trans action was my money was refunded. Never again.

Great customer service, fast ship and pickup of core. Would definitely buy for them again. Smooth less transaction all the way around from start to finish.

Well informed and nice to talk to. I do have one problem, it took almost 30 days to get to me, but I have to return the core within 2 weeks or get charged 720 for late return does not seem fair. Tom

Transmission works great. Comes within 5-7 days. But the shipping carrier “r&l carriers” that they use is trash. They are calling and showing up on days I didn’t schedule. Showing up to community mechanic shops making me look bad. Not very professional and there a bunch of low life’s. Be careful. They will leave your transmission out on the street with no care of being stolen etc. transmission is great but as for both companies and being punctual. Not very professional.

The order was taken and filled and shipped in a timely manner and when I had problems with the email for the return core, I feel they went out of their way to help me get that straightened out so that core would be back in time
