Royal Mail parcel service is poor…
Using Royal Mail for delivery can cause delays, very slow.

very good looking shoes unfortunately worst ever fit, too wide and insoles are awful very uncomfortable. Returned same day via post. Customer service is not good also. they received my return 22.04. 6 days ago and still keep quiet for refund and they claim hassle free return, what a joke.

Strauss chainsaw trousers
Quick delivery in a robust box if a little oversized
The chainsaw trousers are very good value for money and not too bulky too wear with plenty of pockets. My workmate was so impressed he ordered a pair for himself to replace his Stihl trousers.
The waist sizing is very generous I am a 34” waist but they feel more like a 35”. Overall very impressed and would recommend

Trousers were beautifully packaged and arrived really quickly.
Probably not the thing to say about work trousers but they are GORGEOUS. Fit really well with really light comfy fabric.

Strauss are very efficient, however the packaging is rarely in tact on delivery. Having said that we have never lost any of the order, but the boxes are damaged. I think it's the weight and how they get stacked when sent out for delivery, which probably Strauss have no control over.
