Size is not conzistent / return not that user friendly
If you order the same product in different collors you will most likely receive products of various size. Even if I ordered the same size of shirts and t-shirts, I can say that they were different by 2 cm in length / width.
I am not happy about this from such ,,premium,, supplier.
Return procedure is not that easy like for other suppliers. No option to return via return code at local shipping companies. Also no option to create return document using Strauss e-shop account. You have to fill-out form manually.

Odchylky velikostí mohou být způsobeny vlastnostmi bavlny jako přírodního vlákna. Ty mohou různě ovlivňovat zpracování. Naše textilie jsou z velké části vyráběny ručně, což jistě může být dalším důvodem odchylky.
