Property manager plays games with people and is highly deceitful, maybe he is in bed with some council members , he will try control everything in an attempt to protect uninformed or incompetent members of the council. Lies and lies... Complete censorship of any voice that raises any complain or criticism. Company will try to minimize bad reviews from public continuously changing the content on their web site which is full of BS. -- They can't even understand the risk they take with their license. They write ad-hoc contract for council members to sign, contracts that protect only them and not at all Strata and its owners.
