UPDATE: About 3 weeks after I posted the below review, Strapsco's owner emailed me personally. He apologized for my experience and stated that he had established new procedures to deal with these types of issues in the future. He also refunded my entire order and gave me a credit toward a future order--none of which I'd asked for. I appreciated his taking the time to investigate my experience and make internal changes, and his willingness to listen and act on feedback. I tried Strapsco a second time using the credit I received, and had a great experience. The items arrived as ordered and the shipping was prompt. It was a night and day difference.
-----------------------------
This was my first time ordering from StrapsCo, and it will be my last due to a an unacceptable combination of fulfillment errors, defective merchandise, prolonged customer service delays, and deceptive trade practices that ultimately resulted in no meaningful resolution.
I placed an order on December 22, 2025 for several watch straps, including a rubber strap for a TAG Heuer Carrera that was advertised as including a built-in brushed silver clasp.
When the order arrived, I discovered that:
The TAG rubber strap was incorrect and did not include the clasp that was part of the product listing.
The Nagano brown leather strap arrived damaged, with torn leather and a broken integrated spring release bar directly out of the package.
I contacted customer service the same day I received the order and provided photos of both the incorrect rubber strap and the defective leather strap.
After several days, StrapsCo acknowledged that:
The leather strap was defective and would need to be replaced.
The rubber strap was missing the clasp.
However, instead of replacing the rubber strap with the correct item that I originally purchased, I was informed that the strap I ordered was now out of stock — something that was not reflected on the website at the time of purchase.
The company then offered to send the missing clasp separately and asked whether I would be comfortable installing it myself. I explained that I never received a clasp at all and that I had specifically ordered the version with a built-in clasp to avoid exactly that type of workaround.
Over the course of the following week, the proposed solutions continued to change:
First, I was offered the clasp separately.
Then I was told the clasp was also out of stock.
I was offered a polished silver clasp instead of the brushed silver version I ordered.
I asked whether a partial refund would be issued since the product I paid for (strap with integrated clasp) could not be fulfilled.
I was told there would be no price difference refunded, despite the fact that the originally advertised product was unavailable.
After more than a week of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, I elected to return the incorrect rubber strap for a refund.
Only then was I informed that in order to receive a refund, I would need to return at least two straps, and that the “mystery strap” included in my order was not eligible for return or refund. This condition was introduced after the fact, despite the company already acknowledging that:
I received the wrong rubber strap, and
One of the leather straps arrived defective.
These return conditions are not not disclosed in the online return policy and the website touts a 1-year manufacturer warranty- which was not honored here.
Then, after I mailed in the straps, I was accused of returning a strap with signs of wear such that I was not eligible for a refund. I had to hassle - yet again - to receive my refund. And I received the refund just last week - a month and a half after first raising these issues with the company.
In total, this has been a multi-week process involving:
Incorrectly fulfilled items,
Defective merchandise,
Inventory shortages not disclosed at the time of purchase,
Lagging customer service response times, and
Failure to abide by the return and warranty conditions promoted on your website.

One of the nine straps I ordered was the incorrect color. Not a big deal; stuff happens. Sent an email seeking resolution because it was the only way I’m allowed to communicate with the company to inform them of the issue with a promise of a reply within two business days. I’m on day four and there has been no reply. I’ve got a strap in a color. I do not need and have a watch. I cannot wear because I don’t have the strap that I ordered.

I ordered a brown leather strap for my Google pixel watch 4. They sent me a metal pin inside a plastic tube. When I brought this to their attention they offered a replacement which I accepted. It was the same wrong item.
When I asked for a refund they said I have to pay for return shipping. At which point I just disputed the charge. I would highly recommend avoiding interactions with this company no matter how good the price may seem. It will save you a lot of headache.

4 stars: This company deserves 5 stars for the quality of their products and how they are recently working at making things right with their customers. Minus one star due to receiving incorrect items, but they did resolve this issue with me. Will definitely order from this company again. Full review below.
I've ordered from this site a few times. Mainly because I prefer the canvas straps (my skin breaks out with the silicone and there aren't many companies that make these kind of straps). After two successful watch strap orders, I decided to try the screen protectors. I did recieve the wrong size but they were a very low price so I let it go and decided to stick with just ordering the straps. I placed another order a little over a month ago and unfortunately, the strap wasn't the right size. I know that a lot of the reviews mention poor customer service, and I'm elated that this caught the attention of Martin Syrovatka, the president of this company. He personally called me one day to not only apologize for me receiving the wrong item, but to make it right. He asked if I still had the same watch (I do). He said he sees that from my previous orders I needed a 16mm and they sent me an 18mm. He shipped me the correct watch band at no additional cost to me, AND refunded my payment for the wrong item received. I'm so very glad this company is paying attention to their customers feedback and improving the way they operate and handle business. Bravo. Will order again.
