Ordered item waited two weeks nothing arrived and no email so checked bank they returned the money but no message as to telling me this so I could get one somewhere else. Poor customer service only gave a two as they returned my money so at least I got that

But no, I got an email straight away and could track my order on Royal Mail it arrived in a couple of days.
Perfect present for me 4 year old grandson and a pack of playing cards FREE (yes free, that makes a flippin change.

We have checked, and there is also a photograph provided by Royal Mail that shows the parcel was handed to a person at your address. Please do let us know if you need any further information, but to note, all our items are sent tracked. This means that while they do not require a signature, Royal Mail will photograph the parcel being received at the door, and provide the GPS details. Thank you.
