Over £13 shipping for a watch strap! Avoid like the plague.

Daniel was extremely helpful and sorting out our order that had been delayed. Their system had been down and he called me directly - and has sent our dogs medication out express and given us a full refund. We really respect this family business for making the effort to sort this out for us. Thanks Daniel again :)

I bought something from here like 4 months ago and it’s still not here.
They told us it would arrive in November but it’s still not here.

Excellent Customer service !
I have purchased items from Storkz on many occasions. Never had a problem. The one occasion where I did have an issue I received impeccable customer service and the matter was promptly rectified.

I received a faulty product (not the fault of storkz), where the customer service quickly explained how to return the product and sent a new working product, without any extra costs!

Noting that this is sent from Denmark to USA and back again.

Waited until last step of checkout to tell me that shipping was going to be £9. For a 160ml bottle. That’s ridiculous. Not going to shop with you again.

Worst company I've dealt with for supplements. I was quoted 12-18 days shipping and it's now nearly a month with not receiving my order. I received no shipping details when I ordered the product. I emailed the support email twice which created an automatic ticket and no response. I continually called the customer service line and kept getting a recorded message saying all operators were busy and to leave a message and someone would call me back. And yes no-one called me back. I had to raise a paypal dispute to get their attention and get an answer on where my product was. Absolutely appalling customer service and will never deal with them again.

Excellent customer service when my parcel got delivered to the wrong address in Ireland they shipped me out a replacement.

A very good company like I've never seen before that really cares about its customers. I work in customer service myself so I know how difficult it can be. I had an initial delivery issue with an order I placed but I understand that it was having to do with factors out of their control brought around by brexit. Daniel was able to swiftly help me. I really appreciate the time, effort and swift replies, great guy and great company. Much appreciated.

My daughter is obsessed with JoJo Siwa and asked for a doll. I couldn’t find any on a uk based website that weren’t stupid money. After checking reviews, I decided to put my faith in them and ordered from Storkz. I have been so pleased that I did. I received regular updates about my order and when it had been shipped. My shipping email advised how the doll was going to be sent to the uk and once in the uk, how I would be able to track the parcel. The doll arrived within 10 days of my order so within the delivery timescales. My daughter is going to be over the moon when she opens her present. I would definitely use this website again if I needed an item that I can’t get in the uk.

After being initially worried about not seeing a reply to my email, a lovely gentleman called my mobile from the U.S (I'm in the UK) and informed me that the reply may be in my spam mail and that my product would be dispatched very shortly. He gave me his direct contact details and was very helpful indeed. Would recommend this company definately! Thanks so much.

I ordered collectable cards for my son that I couldn't get in the UK. The delivery was over 2 weeks. I emailed for an update on delivery and received a response within hours of sending. The parcel arrived the very next day. Delay was due to lockdown and I was advised of this delay on purchase. Very happy with my product and service received. Thank you.

AMAZING quick and reassuring response from Rose D, thats what I call customer service! Emailed them and got response almost immediately. Such responses makes companies alot more trust worthy and reliable!

Honestly was a little nervous about ordering, had no previous idea about this company. Well any worries were put to bed when the parcel arrived in less time than quoted.

Son had wanted Journal 3 from Gravity falls, sold years ago, ebay offered one up for 150 dollars and amazons was a journal alright but one you write your own stories in. He was so disappointed when I refused to pay what was being asked elsewhere.

Undeterred I carried on my search and discovered this AMAZING site. £25 for the book and more than I'd like to have paid for shipping but less than £50 later we have said book and a very, very happy boy.

Ordered an acapella device as i suffer with a lung disease. Excellent service from start to finish and very good value. Same item is for sale on Ebay for £30 more. I will use storks again when i need someone. Thank you for your help and support.

Ordered the watch, for delivery to the UK the watch has just arrived and looks fantastic I'm so pleased. Thank you for a quick and reliable service, the tracking was great I could see the progress of the parcel. Would definatley use again and the watch looks so much better than the photos.

Im from the Netherlands. I was a little in doubt if I should order from the USA, but i decided to take the risk. Delivery was super fast, and customer service emailed back within an hour. Really good store.
btw i had no custom fees or taxes.

I live in the uk. There was a toy for a collection I could only buy overseas that i tracked down on their website. I emailed with a question before purchasing and they responded almost immediately with great customer service so friendly and helpful! Daniel even sent a personal acknowledgement of my purchase with shipping time frames alongside the automatic tracking email after payment. Any further questions about tracking were always met with a speedy polite response. My item arrived quickly and just as ordered!
