Couldn’t have been better.
I was very dubious about ordering from a US company, but they had a doll my granddaughter desperately wanted for her birthday, and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the UK. I needn’t have worried. It arrived in only 10 days and I was able to track it the whole journey.

They shipped goods from the USA to the UK. Rose was really helpful; she replaced the faulty item I received. I'm very pleased with this and will keep buying from Storkz. Ordered an item and waited for over one…
Ordered an item and waited for over one month patiently and it was never delivered even though I paid 14 pounds for the delivery.
I sent an email days back no one responded to help me with the tracking.
I kept tracking and kept seeing no answer -carded.
Now I checked back on the royal mail to see -delivered to a safe place as At yesterday.
Meanwhile I work from home 24/7 and no delivery knocked or tried to contact me with this order.
Royal mail did not deliver this order after waiting for more than a month.
This is so wicked.Use at your own risk .

Excellent after sales service, my shipment was delayed (not Storkz fault) but they followed up with the local carrier (Australia) to ensure my delivery was completed.

Great customer service! Excellent prices and very thorough customer service attention. I couldn't be more impressed with their wide range of products and their competitive prices . Was a bit sceptical ordering as had never heard of company but reveived great service as per other reviews. Tracking enabled entire journey to be followed from despatch to delivery for items from US to UK and items delivered within 2 weeks. Will definitely use again as unable to get product at all from any UK supplier. 😀

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced . Goods shipped USA to Uk . I was advised clearly beforehand that they probably would not make Xmas , before putting on order .
However , these guys were constantly in touch with me about order flow and it made it in time for Xmas . Very communicative and diligent customer service .

Placed an order from the UK for an electrical item. Before shipping the company emailed me to double check if I wanted to go ahead since I would need an electrical converter. I was not aware of this so I asked them to cancel. This small gesture saved me what would be a huge hassle and not many companies take time to do things like this! Great company 👍
