Best customer service experience
I had been shopping around for engineered wood flooring for a while and ordered lots of samples. I received an email from Kenton at Stories Flooring with the offer of a further discount. When I sent through the amount of flooring and Scotia beading I required Kenton got back in touch to make sure I hadn't ordered too much beading. He went through the floorplan with me to check. Delivery was quick. When I had an issue with a couple pieces of beading they sent me some replacement straight away. The floor is finally down and looks lovely. Thank you so much Kenton!

Had a mix up in that wrong flooring delivered but Kenton sorted it out for us. He sent samples to double check it was corrected so that the replacement would go without a hitch. We were happy with his customer service

Kenton and the whole team were great. I have been pleased with the service. It is too early to comment on the floor as this will not be put down for several weeks time, but I was very pleased to benefit from the additional discounts offered as part of black friday/november etc

Disgusting service
Disgusting service, and the customer service is non existent. My flooring went missing in shipment, I was not informed at any points and continued to chase my delivery daily, repeatedly told I would receive my flooring in sufficient time, still waiting for a callback weeks later regarding my complaint.

In a dispute over faulty flooring…
In a dispute over faulty flooring installed 5 months ago. Delaminating and warped. Chris is passing the blame on the fitter whilst insisting SPC can only be fitted on screeded concrete floor and then making excuses that he doesn't know all the facts as he's not a fitter, he only sells the stuff. I suggest to learn your facts about the product you're selling. Discovered that the planks inside of the leftover box never touched by the fitter were all warped too. Explain that to me Chris. Their 20 year warranty has to go through their Chinese manufacturer. I heard it all now. Dreadful experience.
