Really helpful chap on the phone
Really helpful chap on the phone, helped me with my order, which I then completed from an email he sent me….all excellent. However the delivery arrived a day early and I was in work without access to emails to double check the delivery date…I had to leave work early and race across town to accept the order. Very stressful and work docked my wages accordingly.

I had to wait 3 days for my delivery which was dumped outside my flat, I have a severe physical condition and had to call someone to bring it in, I will never use thus company again, they are cheats

Delivery date changed twice after being assured.
I ordered my flooring and was told it would be two weeks until it would be delivered. I got a phone call the day before delivery to say that it wouldn't be delivered as it was stuck in the port and couldn't be taken off the boat due to weather and was assured that i would receive it early the following week. I called the next week to see when delivery would be and they said they would get it on thursday and i wouldn't receive it until the next monday. So nearly four weeks for delivery and feel as if i am being strung along, i have had to cancel my floor fitter twice now.

Please accept our apologies again. The goods were sold with a date given of the end of March and this has slipped due to delays in customs and weather unloading the ship. The goods are with us Thursday and we will try and get out for Friday but likely it will be Monday. We will refund the delivery charge as goodwill due to the last minute delays.
