Exceeded my expectations!

After years of running ads manually, switching to this tool was a game-changer. 3 Weeks of Storeya traffic booster downtime

Storeya's traffic booster service hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks now! They keep blaming a worldwide Google bug, but I’ve seen no evidence of that. Saying “it will be fixed soon” doesn’t help. 3 weeks of downtime is not acceptable and there is no transparency of what is actually going on... quite disappointing to say the least

I paid for the medium plan ($300) and…

I paid for the medium plan ($300) and got ZERO sales. Complete waste of money. There analytics did not match Google Analytics. I had to reach out to support several times to question what was going on and they just kept making excuses. Didn't offer any resolution. Just excuses. Don't waste your money.

For me it looks like their AI Powered approach is killed by google updating their algorithm lately. Until July 2024 we had good results and lots of traffic, then with even higher marketing (10k US$ per month!!!) we had less and less visitors per day and lower sales. We have used StoreYa for about 8 months…

We have used StoreYa for about 8 months now. We are very happy with their performance, They have consistently provided 7 x ROAS, and more recently up to 11 x ROAS.
Unlike other companies we have worked with their fees are very transparent and we only pay them , not Google and then the marketing company.

Didn't deliver what was promised.

Didn't deliver. Not happy. Gave it almost 2 months. Don't recommend.

THEN get an email telling me the problem is all my fault and to let them do a store audit. I have a new store which I advised and to which they confirmed they could work with. NOTHING from them until this review. Below is how the email I received from them ended. Would I like the $300 back? Absolutely but I'd rather let other small businesses know exactly why you shouldn't put your $ here for advertising:

We prefer to end every relationship on a positive note, if you are willing to remove the review we will refund you the money you paid us.

What a waste of money!!

We opted in for the PRO SUBSCRIPTION, which costed $1000!! We were very hesitant because the price was extremely expensive but we thought to give them a try because they did such a great job advertising themselves and believed they were exactly what we were looking for to help increase our online sales and take it to the next level!

They promised an estimated monthly visitors of 2,000-4,000. Guess how much we only received?Only 746 visitors!! They promised an estimated monthly sales of 40-60. How much did we receive? Only 10 sales! We were actually making much more sales without their service!

And the funny thing is they think this is acceptable and think they've done a great job with their automatic SMART algorithm system! We cancelled our subscription before the month even finished!

They would not give me my full refund or even a substantial partial amount and were very happy to let me cancel my subscription! I've had a really bad experience and would not recommend using them at all. Honestly what a waste of money!

And also the video ad you guys made with the woman swearing with a temper, it was not funny and highly offensive!

Careful Dont Waste your money

The Traffic Booster uses AI combined with Dynamic Ad Words. We ended up with zero customers for $335. I have experience with ad words and could have certainly done a better job myself that what their Artificial Intelligence App produces. Be very careful before wasting your money with this company.

Empty Promises

I know a lot of you out there are probably struggling to get sales so you're trying your best to find a legit Traffic Service because you know your products are good but you just don't know how to get people to see them, unfortunately I don't have a solution for you, I just know that this right here isn't your answer, especially if you have a tight budget! I tried their Traffic Booster on my main site and on campaigns on another site so I've spent $240 and got 0 sales. They say you should stay for at least 3 months to see good results but to me, if you start seeing sales after that point then it's probably just them buying your products since they would've already made close to $1,000 from you by then so they can afford to spend a little bit of money to convince you to stay. This is not what you would expect from people who claim to be professionals, especially when their service is so overpriced! On main site I got 11 visitors and Booster ends in 4-6 days, on the other site I got 121 visitors which is less than the 250-500 they promised and the Booster ends today. Use this service and you'll regret it because I honestly believe there's no way all those positive reviews are real!
Update: January 10, 2020(Reason for late response, I rarely check my email, but I finally decided to check around 3 or 4 days ago and saw their replies.)
119 visitors is a tiny bit worst than the 121 I saw and is still nowhere near the 250-500 that was promised. Also, I am pretty sure I gave you 4 URLs to promote, 3 of which were T-shirts and the last 1 was an iPhone Case. So the fact that you don't even know what I hired you for removes all doubts I had left regarding the legitimacy of your business! These people claim their business is built on happy clients so you would think they would offer you a refund if you were not happy with their service, especially if they didn't drive nowhere near the amount of visitors they promised but nope! Now I did not bother asking them for a refund but that's because I already knew their answer, and on December 13, 2019 I received an email from them that confirmed it. This is what it said

It is always hard to get the first sales, especially when promoting only one T-shirt. We provided you with Google Ads stats showing we drove targeted traffic with a very high click-through rate. Converting the traffic to paying customers has to do with the store's flow, offering, pricing, competition and other factors that we cannot control.
We wish to work with clients that are happy with us and since you are not happy we will be willing to provide a full refund of $120 if you remove the review you wrote.
