It took ages to arrive

Very helpful with the order. Being able to order over the phone is a great help, unlike some stockists who want you to order on line, not taking into consideration people like me who can't. Their loss warlords gain.

A speedy delivery that arrived well-packaged. The store is easy to navigate and stock levels were good, enabling me to purchase exactly what I was after. The only minor niggle was that there was no indication how long basic UK shipping would take.

It all arrived on time a few days ago. It looks very good, BUT apart from inspecting the contents, I haven’t constructed any of it! The 4 stars are in hope of what I’ve bought,and my initial impressions. This may get revised (up or down, when I get the time to use them).

The last star is held back as a protest to this automated review spam. FFS, if you want to review the fulfilment process then fine have 5*.

However, I expect you really want us to review the product, in order to influence future purchasers. Ok a word to the wise! Recognise that some people have day jobs and cannot truthfully review your products in your timeframe.

To get a proper meaningful review, you need to wait for at least 4 weeks or more. Anything less is verging on harassment, and will be appropriately responded to. It does get REALLY irritating, to be chased like this, which may adversely affect future reviews.

I’m not expecting this to be published, but do take the comments on board. Your subcontractor AI spambots need to know the difference between delivering a fully formed final product, and a kit that requires assembly!
