Genuinely excellent service. A product I ordered online from their site had copies of the some of the miniatures and missed others. One quick message via their customer service site and they sorted the problem immediately. Very impressed

They showed a picture of the finished…
They showed a picture of the finished article (ww2 artillery piece with 3 crewmen and accompanied by a Morris 4x4 lorry).
They billed me £43.
What l got was an airfix type package that was completely "unfinished" (you had to make it yourself basically!).
I sent it back to them and they promptly repaid me so they were very fair.
