The guide I purchased about renting out my room in California was well written and clear! It came with really good information and contract templates. The only thing I wish was that it had more information about how it affected my taxes.

This book is not so much for me as I have been trustee of two trusts for my son's benefit but will be here when I pass for others not so versed in special needs trusts.

The best things are the annotated instructions of how to fill out the form, with examples. The ease of filling out the form online and then saving it for printing is great too. It was very simple and easy to apply for a Beneficiary Deed. Quick to fill out and print. The cost was excellent and I was able to have it notarized and recorded without any problems. It was simple and to the point. Thank you.

It was easy to follow, very clear and precise. The only thing I would change is would be how to delete the footers and everything that should not be on the will. Such as underlines he/sh, him/her etc.

We had used another service and their lease agreements were confusing and frankly over the top in terms of their language. We reviewed your leases and they were in line with our expectations. We will be customer for a long time and will utilize your documents going forward.

Nolo products are excellent and buying from them is pretty easy. In the past, I went in-person to the Berk store, but now perusing and buying online is not too bad, either. Everything seems transparent and straightforward.

Instead of the legal book I ordered, I received a textbook titled Quantitative Biosciences. When I tried to use their website chat interface, the agent could only refer me to an attorney. There was no phone number listed on the site nor on the shipping confirmation email. Going to the order confirmation email, I learned that the ebook link also did not work. There was a phone number on the order confirmation email, and I called to request a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am very wary of their legal advice given the mistakes with my order.
