Sorry to bother on this review forum lol. Hey I ordered a barebones version of the UM733 off amazon on accident maybe thinking it was the same as another product. didnt use it maybe only tried to use it for 3 hours then packed everything up. I got all the things it came with and returned it choosing the 1-3 hr amazon credit. which now I have wait until 3-5 days after inspection which would be after prime week which would put me at a money disadvantage.I researched and seen I could contact the merchant of a product personally . Is there a way you can help with the refund process?

Great customer service for my RMA
MS-A2 would not boot, I requested repair and had a brand new replacement in roughly 3 weeks time. They even paid for shipping there and back.
The new one works great but I'm no longer using the 2.5G ports, I even turned them off in the BIOS. Also made some other changes in the BIOS to help safeguard the system.
I really love the system and even purchased a 2nd one for Proxmox cluster while I was waiting on RMA.

I purchased 2 x MS-Ultra02, fantastic products. I had a problem with one of the 2 workstations that was not reading all the installed RAM correctly, the support helped me solve the problem!!! Congrats!

excellent customer service
Had a problem with a refurbished UM690 Slim 32GB/1TB. I ordered the device in 2025 before the RAM/SSD prices raise.
After a few troubleshooting points, the CPU actually seemed to be defective. I was offered to remove and keep the RAM and SSD and send the barebone. Then a new device was send to me.
The support always got back to me within a very short time and was very courteous.

Excellent customer service - responding to my emails within 24 hours. I mistakingly ordered the wrong product and was given various options and offered a full refund.
(I ordered a UM350 mini pc a couple of years ago and its performed well with no issues at all).

Great customer service and good computers!
I traded in my old MS 01 and got great help from Tina at customer service when I didn't get all the info right for the exchange. And when they had received my computer I got a gift card that I could use towards the purchase of an MS 02 ultra. I'm very happy with the whole experience. And grateful that Tina was able to help me with everything.

Replacement Unit
Received a V3 that was out of spec (16GB of RAM rather than the 32GB advertised). Contacted support, and Hesper assisted me. Hesper was very helpful and issued an RMA and return label. I shipped it back, and Minisforum promptly shipped a replacement that was perfect. The whole RMA process from first contact to receiving the replacement took about two weeks.
