After a little, minor, confusion, we took delivery of our trunk, this evening, for our future glamping holidays in our new bell tent.

Matt is a pure gent taking time out on a Friday evening to ensure we received the trunk on time and what a trunk it is! Perfect for our future glamping trips, perfect size and well put together. We have a weekend camping trip planned to test out our new tent along with this trunk and other new gear in readiness for a camping holiday in Scotland. First impressions are very good, well chuffed and we cannot fault Matt for taking the time out to ensure we had it on time. Looking forward to many happy holidays with it and love the fact that we are supporting a local home grown business (which we always try to do and encourage).

Really pleased and cannot wait to enjoy it!

Recently purchased a storage trunk from Logicline after an incredibly long time researching the different options available on the market.

I was very impressed with the quality of the trunk and was even more impressed with the level of customer service I received. Matt phoned me up to confirm some aspects of my order before putting it into production. He also clarified my availability for the trunk's delivery.

The trunk is incredibly well manufactured and appears to be very durable and tough. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I had to speak to Customer service as there was some damage on the trunk which had clearly been caused by the courier. The service I received from customer service was prompt and personal. Amazing service from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately the first delivery was slightly damaged (these things happen) but this has been collected and replaced within a very short time frame with no fuss or nonsense - now that is what I call service. Wonderful product and fantastic service. Quality craftsmanship that can withstand being used as a space to hide and play by our kids, as well as being a versatile and contemporary way of storing all the clutter, teddies and other bits and bobs that would otherwise be on the floor. Great experience buying from these guys.....I ordered on their web but in this current situation I called them to check they were still working and able to fulfill my order. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly to talk to, they were able to reassure me my order would be completed asap. It was delivered quicker than expected and absolutely perfect.
