Fast shipping payment release quickly highly recommend

They give you a prepaid shipping label. However, I had to purchase two seperate boxes to send my items back to them because they would not allow me to package the two laptops I was selling together. It ended up costing me $20.00 to ship the items due to having to purchase two separate boxes to keep the laptops secure. I also had to contact them 2 times to sort things out over the phone. However, they do have very friendly customer service.

I was fully satisfied with Stopoint. Their offer for my Apple Watch was the best offered by any of the electronic recycling companies. Once received the refund was promptly issued. I will not hesitate to use Stopoint in the future.

Received payment timely and in the amounts promised! Although there were initially complications in getting a response from the company on payment/device statuses; they did not receive any of the 7+ emails I sent (through their own system) and never answered their phone, everything went well. I was paid what I was promised and the checks were cut for each device, within 5 business days of them receiving (not 24 hours as promised, but still an acceptable timeframe nonetheless). 4 stars only because they were nearly impossible to reach via email and phone; and I recommend at least having a voicemail option (and answering phones at some point) for your customers and figuring out your email issues on your own customer logged in site.

Paid more than other sites!

Stopoint helped me to recycle a valued, gently-used, old computer 💻 so I could buy a new one. It was a fairly pleasant, slightly lengthy transaction. Final results and payment amount were competitive across the industry. Thanks to Stopoint, the recycling of my old MacBook was a positive all-around experience.

They are straightforward and kept their promises. They were very fair with their evaluation and pricing - in fact, they exceeded every competitor I got a price from. I wanted some information from them before completing my transaction and they responded SUPER FAST. The only drawback is their current policy regarding insuring phones that are returned back to the consumer, but I feel this would be very rare based on their performance. I highly recommend them.

These guys are so awesome they tell you a price and deliver faithfully I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I filled this survey out previously. I explained that my iPhone 4S had superficial cracks in the back plastic, but not in the front screen and it functioned perfectly. I was quoted a price, but when I mailed in the phone, I got an email saying that it wasn't in the condition I stated and that the price would be reduced. I told them that I explained everything accurately before mailing the phone and to return the phone to me. They agreed to pay the price quoted so I agreed to sell the phone. Everything worked out, finally, but I felt this was a "bait and switch" deal until they agreed to honor the original quote.
