We recently purchased a property on Woodbanks Takeley with Stonebond.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent . Veronica on the marketing suite was amazing from the first visit , a plot that unfortunately we did not manage to secure , when another came back onto the market , Veronica contacted us and we went over .

Veronica had made sure she had listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond and we secured our house with Veronica going above and a beyond for the whole duration from reservation to completion tomake sure everything went quickly and smoothly .

Since moving in Veronica has checked in to make sure all is ok and been a friendly face around and will answer any questions and make sure all is still running smoothly .

We have been extremely satisfied with Stonebond , their aftercare is excellent and our house is amazing .

Our experience of buying our first new home has been exceptional, Stonebond have been 5 star all the way!

Veronica in particular has been a true diamond and all our requests have been met in double quick time.

Abbe and Gemma in customer service have also been fantastic and so far so good.
We would recommend Stonebond without a doubt!

We have just completed our purchase of The Thorley 🏠, @Woodbanks 🌳 in Takeley. From start to finish we have been guided through the process, from our first warm welcome ❤️ and show home tour, to reservation, mortgage brokers, solicitors, all without fault. Veronica 🫶🏼 has been absolutely amazing and is continuing to be, she is an asset to you and your Brand, the site team have also been welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Gemma was also very welcoming and gave us our pre inspection visit. Best choice we ever made and we are so happy with our dream home, anyone looking to move to a new build we would highly recommend Stonebond #Kismet #Peters #Thorley

This is our first new build property and our 2nd home in 36 years! Our experience was second to none. This was due to Veronica, who is an absolute 'star'. She has been very supportive, understanding and patient taking the time to explain anything we weren't sure of. Veronica is without doubt an excellent asset to Stonebond. The aftercare has also been great with any snagging being dealt with quickly and professionally by Gemma. Thank you, Jo & Garry

We've had a frustrating experience with Stonebond. The property itself is generally fine. The sales process was aggressive and pushy in order to achieve an exchange date that fell within their half year target, despite an issue their side on the wrong home address, which required a difficult quick turnaround of a new mortgage certification. I assume someone benefitted with a nice bonus.

The aftercare has been extremely frustrating. Contradictory communication throughout on what we could expect support with, and what we actually could ask for support on (and inconsistent between neighbours on the same issues also); constant chasing to get any contact at all - I think we're now on our fifth point of contact in 12 months due to people leaving the business with no handover or communication; and shared landscaped areas remaining unfinished and still a bit of a building site 7 months post completion - despite regular chasing we can't get a decisive answer on when and how this will be completed.

All in all, it's left an incredibly bitter aftertaste and I would not be able to recommend the company to anyone, even though we like the house, which is such a shame.

In summary - this is a sales-focused business, not a service-focused business, and despite what they may market or tell you during the courting period, you should not expect anything otherwise.

We have recently purchased our first new build home in Stableford Green development and our journey so far is exceptional. From the second we walked into the house we knew this is going to be our home. Veronica (the best sales Lady that walks this earth) was very patient with us, explained the process, told us all about the development and company. Fabulous experience. We reserved on the spot. From there it was a journey of support and understanding (we had our old home to sell). Veronica was very approachable and provided us with regular updates and even helped with chasing estate agents,solicitiors etc. ABSOLUTE STAR. I actually miss my interactions with her now. At no point we felt pressurised or hurried. On the day of completion we were greeted by customer services representative Dean. He gave us a walk through of our new home and answered all of our questions with patience (in the midst of chaos of having the movers in). He checked with us the next day as well which was a very nice touch. Dean is very responsive to any enquires we may have and we really couldn't ask for more. Yet another Stonebond Superstar.He visited us along with Karen just to see how we getting along and if we need anything about a month after we moved in and if that's not after sale care, I don't know what is. As for the house.. well, it's our dream home. Top quality of the build. Fantastic design, ample storage space and a lot of light coming in. As with any new build there are little snags here and there (we had a professional snagging company to provide report) but nothing major at all. Stonebond are also very responsive and attend to snagging repairs as soon as they can. We consider ourself very lucky that we came across Stonebond. We're confident they will carry on providing us with exceptional service and we really do recommend them if you are considering buying new house. Solid 5 stars :)

I recently purchased a new house from Stonebond in St Albans. Although I wasn't a huge fan of new builds I am now a complete convert & absolutely love my new home. The service from start to finish has been incredible with the entire team. Special thanks to Arwen who was so thorough with the sale & the Lesley & Dean for all the after support to ensure I was happy. The level of detail & customer service was second to none. They went above & beyond with some surprise gestures which I was totally blown away by. They made a potentially complex process totally stress free. I couldn't recommend this developer highly enough & I'm so grateful to have come across them.

Stonebond is the very definition of customer service and quality. My entire experiance end to end has been nothing but phenomenal. Every interaction has been professional and pleasant. We had placed our faith in the developer and reserved our home off plan, best decision we ever made.
