I was totally confused about convatec modable convex flanges and Mariana got me all fixed up A+++

I had a difficult time getting an item to go into my cart in order to check out. I was able to immediately online c chat with Katherine Reyes, and she was fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable and solved my issue completely. I appreciate her not only working on Christmas Eve, but being so knowledge about the product, navigating the site and solving my issue in a concise and quick manner. I will order again.

The Stomabags website was messed up. It's always painfully slow but this time was a page of hyperlinks even using two different browsers. I hit the "chat" option not expecting much but got excellent and efficient service from Mariana.

First time looking to get Hollister bags for my sister care, and Saul took the time to explain so I understood what I was ordering, it really made a huge difference for me, specially after calling other places and not getting the help needed. I placed an order for a few boxes of Rochester catheter. I came across a small problem that can't checkout with my paypal account. I contacted the helpdesk, that is Jose who patiently help me out to fix the payment problem for an hour. He is so helpful.
On the second day, I contacted the helpdesk again just to see if they ship it out and I want to get the tracking no.
It's Jose again! And he recognized me and asked me if I want to know the status of my order. So sweet.
Never met any helpdesk that is so helpful.

I have been ordering ostomy supplies from Stomabags for years and the service has been excellent! Oders always arrive very fast, usually within 2-3 business days, and they have always been correct. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would 👍🏼

Excellent service. Easy returns with full refund.

I tried to order some small velco pads that weigh less than 8 ounces. The shipping charge was $35. I checked the shipping policy on the site and it said that most items ship for $12. Even $12 is high for these items, but there is no way I would pay $35. I tried to talk to them on chat and Gustavo said there was nothing he could do as the shipping charges were calculated automatically. Then there were connection issues and he dropped out of the chat. I will look for these items elsewhere. Also, they do not accept credit cards and you are re-directed to PayPal. Very strange.
