Worked with Jose M. on the chat to resolve an issue where I was having PA sales tax added on an item that should have been exempt (PA does not charge on clothing or apparel and my item was a shoe insole). They helped me in real time, updating my account to accurately reflect the correct tax. I was able to check out successfully.

I was running very low on supplies and had to have an overnight shipment Jose processed my order and ensured I had my critical supplies. Respiratory Store customer service is friendly and very helpful. They will be my go to online store for my medical supply needs
