The clothing was all very nice a good quality but the skirt was extremely long (I have on record I'm petite size) and some items seemed a bit pricy for the piece

I loved the clothes that we provided to me. However, I would like a little more variety (I.e. loose fit jeans of various colors, etc.). I am still satisfied with Stitch Fix

Poor Selection sent. Attempted to remove more items before they were sent, but only allowed to remove 3......

The clothes sent in my first package were perfect! I ended up keeping them all.

I love getting to try on clothes without leaving my house, but so many items are way too expensive. I love some of the items I send back because of the cost.

I love it because I just absolutely cannot pick out clothes for myself. It forces me to try on items. I would never even consider when i'm in a store. I love being able to tell a stylist, my needs and the vibe that i'm looking for and mine has done so good every single time.

Excellent selections and great fit. You have to spend time specifying your measurements and preferences but they seem to get it right. Only drawback is the frequency of deliveries. I specified every three months and they keep sending me clothes.

It feels as if Stitch Fix really understands my style and fit. Although I find the items pricier than my usual range, the quality of the clothing makes it a bit easier to digest.

I love getting 8 items. That way, if there is something I don’t care for I can still keep my 25% discount.

It’s unpredictable. Sometimes you get a great selection and sometimes you don’t. Very hit or miss despite giving feedback and previewing selections. The brands aren’t always the best and prices are definitely very inflated-paying a lot for someone to pick things out that may or may not work for you. The stylists I’ve really liked end up not working there very long so it seems like the turnover is pretty high. I’ll still continue to use them but my expectations are limited. I’ve gotten some nice pieces but sent more back than I’ve kept.

I’m not finding the app to be very good. It seems to only gives me options that you feel is my style. Unfortunately, what you think my style is is off whether it’s due to some of the things I’ve answered or styles I’ve picked. Not enjoy choices for me to chose from. I’m giving them another chance. 10 years ago the app seemed better.

You charged me full price for the clothes I returned to you early October! $180.45. It was charged to my credit Card which I plan to challenge.
This was the first time this ever happened.

Such a fun experience! Able to try on clothes in the comfort of your own home! Likewise, able to try pieces you wouldn’t normally pick out for yourself! Super easy and convenient and honestly so much fun! Easy to return those pieces you aren’t interested in.

Fun, affordable, and stylists really listen to my requests.

I cannot put two items together and make them match. I needed Garanimals for my kids to make them match. I love that I can see things on me, because there's areas I want to slim down and cover up. I like having my stylus urge me to try new things. The items I've received has been good quality. I like getting a big box that's not from Amazon. I am wearing a three-piece combination right now to attend church. I feel put together and attractive!
