Reply from Sticker Monkey UK
Hi Jimmi,
It would have been preferable if you had gotten in contact prior to leaving us a bad review to have allowed us a chance to resolve the issue straight away for you, however, in any case...
Having looked into your order we can see that it was placed on Thursday 28th May 2020 and we dispatched it the next day on Friday 29th May to your USA address via Royal Mail International Standard.
We have for this order, as we do for all orders, posted it out the next working day. Once an order goes out for delivery, we are from that point onwards entrusting it into the 3rd party hands that is the mailing companies.
As you've not yet received yours we can only assume that it has been lost in the post and send you out a replacement.
Once you receive your order hopefully you will consider revising your review. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kindest Regards,
Glen @ Sticker Monkey.
