About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf trolley, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated UK-based Customer Care centre.
Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds in the South West of England, every Stewart Golf trolley is meticulously built by hand right here at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped to over 45 countries worldwide.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf trolley developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

Thank you for serviceing my trolley. The service was good and thank you for the box. I shall keep it safe for my service next year. I was disappointed with Fed- Ex delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 31. 3. 26. I was in all day then I received a text saying that it will be delivered today 1.4.26. I had to cancel my day of golf to be in to receive it.

I sent my Q Follow off for service, I’m still not convinced Stewart haven’t sent me back a brand new trolley. It came back looking and feeling brand new.

Stewart Golf consistently delivers excellence across its entire product range. I own the Q‑Follow, Nexus and Nero bags, along with spare winter wheels, headcovers, waterproof amongst other peripherals, and every single item is impeccably designed, engineered, and finished to the highest standard. The quality is evident in both performance and durability and these are products that feel genuinely premium and built to last. Equally impressive is Stewart Golf’s customer engagement and support, which is quite simply 10/10: responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. There is nothing about their products or service that falls short. In my experience, everything they do is flawless.

These trolleys are not worth the cost. Heavy yet still fall over if raised on one side. Rear tipping wheels catch on uphill journey and cause the trolley to turn and tip over. Latest and most disappointing was a fault with the battery. Still under warranty but they have no batteries to replace under warranty. They expect me to be without my trolley for the time it takes to collect my battery and charger, to examine and if possible repair, then return to me. If not repairable, I’m expected to wait until the get new batteries in stock. Absolutely shoddy company. Trolleys not that great and cost way too much. Will not touch Stewart ever again.
I await the replacement and complementary items. As stated in the reply

My Son (5 handicap)has bought the latest version Stewart golf trolley and handed me the X9 Follow he was using as I've just returned to playing following knee replacement surgery.
I spoke with Mr Dave Funnell who suggested sending it up to their Quedgley, Gloucester facility for a premier service. I agreed and the Stewart Golf box arrived the next day. I packed the trolley as per the simple instruction leaflet and courier picked it up. From the moment it arrived at Stewart Golf I was receiving text updates. The technicians check everything and I mean everything from the electric motors and brushes, wheels their bearings to the remote control. The X9 was returned to me within two days. When I opened the box I literally believed they had sent me a brand new trolley. The checklist of work carried out was impressive, all cabling replaced for example, I wasn't expecting that level of inspection - they also sent me a video link of the trolley being put through it's paces at their premises after being serviced.
Stewart Golf is without doubt the best golf trolley / cart business I have ever encountered and I've had a few electric trolleys over the decades. So for all of you who own Stewart Golf trolleys this is a call to action - get the Premier Service package you won't regret it.
For those who are thinking about purchasing anything from this company just do it - a phenomenal company that is head and shoulders above it's competitors.

Whenever I’ve had an issue whether it be with a Stewart trolley or golf bag the customer service has been nothing short of excellent. I had one small issue with my Q follow trolley which required a replacement on off switch which I fitted myself. My Q Follow after being 3 years old decided to purchase a vertex trolley. Had an issue with the folding button on the handle but a replacement handle was provided which I fixed myself with the instruction I received from Stewart. No other issues on the trollies so I’m well satisfied. I’ve also purchased various accessories and extremely happy with the quality and ease of use with these products. After all that I then purchased a nero2 golf bag which had some issues that concerned me but might not necessarily bother others. On each occasion I’ve had any sort of issue Stewart golf has been more than helpful with their customer service staff being very competent and understanding. Nothing but praise for these staff members

Q10 handle broke within 10 months - they said it was under warranty but then as I was in Spain they wouldn’t fix it. Not helpful at all, very poor customer service. They use AI to provide answers which are wrong. In our society there are 3 members with Stewart trolleys and all 3 have had problems- avoid

I recently had my trolley serviced.
The service was excellent
The trolley looked like new when it was returned to me
They replaced a number of parts without charge as well

Trolley very good but when trying to get spare parts from the company the service is very poor. Web site says next day delivery and my part was in stock. Part not delivered as agreed but I am sure that the company have no control over the delivery company but I say they have because if the checked FedEx on this site they would see that 88% of recipients gave FedEx 1 star. I have not been offered my delivery costs back but that seems to be normal once they have your money it’s not their problem. I am trying to understand what the 2025 means as I only received your item last Wednesday or is this just more poor customer care

Had a problem with my remote handheld.
As always customer service is second to none, from communication, work carried out and the speed of the whole process, Stewart golf are the best, many thanks

Phenomenal throughout, can't recommend this company highly enough. I am a military veteran that plays golf with a wounded and injured veterans society and everyone that has tried Stewart Golf products have been very impressed and would recommend.

Excellent service support from the team, I was kept fully informed of progress the overall timeline was extremely short which gets me back onto the golf course soonest.
The teams video was an added feature very welcome thank you.

I only sent in hand remote control for the on /off switch problem and got it back with absolutely nothing working on the remote control unit stay away from steward golf as they don't take responsibility for there problems

After just two uses, the battery stopped working, and the customer service didn’t meet expectations. They assured me a replacement would arrive the next day. However, I found myself having to follow up with emails and calls, even contacting FedEx, who informed me that the battery hadn't been collected. Meanwhile, Stewart Golf insisted it had been picked up! The battery did not show up as promised the following day. When I raised my concerns, I was told there would be a thorough investigation. Eventually, the customer care manager got in touch, attributing the issue to FedEx. However, the problem clearly stemmed from Stewart Golf. It seemed no real investigation was conducted since they misunderstood the root of the issue. Distrust grew as I requested an email address and began to face silence. The entire experience with their customer service left much to be desired!

Just had my Q series trolley serviced and I am delighted with the service I received from Stewart Golf. The customer care team were excellent and the trolley has came back to me and it looks brand new. Can’t say enough good things about the whole process.

On my entry into the building I was greated and made to feel welcome in a lovely way and offered a drink of my choice.
I was informed of different options available to me regarding my q follow and explained what I could expect from the process of servicing.
I received my fully serviced machine in a 48 hour turn around including delivery to my door, also when I received it, it looks brand new which I didn't expect.
All I can say is that I will NEVER use another brand now.
Sincerely
Peter Smart

Please read my previous 1 star review and other 1 star reviews.
Played in the rain yesterday the only one unable to move with the umbrella in the umbrella holder due to Stewart’s’ ‘recommendation’ citing safety but it’s because the trolley is liable to break as has happened twice previously to me.
As always I will say that their customer service is 5 star but not the trolleys.
In answer to your weak response - of course I hold the umbrella over myself but it’s very inconvenient and awkward when walking. Also they have remote controls but can also move the trolley from a control on the handle whilst walking with the umbrella in the holder. Stewart’s is the only trolley that recommends not to do this. And let’s not forget my trolley has broken 5 times in 2 years

The whole process from the first question to the arrival of my v10 trolley, opened the box up to meet a very well refurbed v10..
can’t wait to use it now in the better weather
