About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf trolley, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated UK-based Customer Care centre.
Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds in the South West of England, every Stewart Golf trolley is meticulously built by hand right here at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped to over 45 countries worldwide.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf trolley developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

A day was wasted with their chatbot trying to answer my question on a broken part before it was referred to a real person who advised it needed replacing. I bought immediately on the link provided but afer a week had heard nothing so on chasing was told it hadn't been dispatched. As I was going on holiday it was agreed to delay to a specific date a couple of weeks later. Again having heard nothing I chased and had no replies to my emails before a couple of days later I got a dispatch note by email. It won't now arrive in time for my next golf so yet more expense to hire a trolley. I'd never buy a Stewart trolley again - this is one in a long line of problems I've had. Always be wary of companies that don't allow you to contact them by phone!!

Stewart Service Team have repaired my Q Follow handset which has been temperamental since first acquired, carrying / changing actions from those instructed. Video provided showing instructions on Test Trolley. Have carried out similar on driveway, appears to be working although certain follow requested reflect zig-zag movements at times. Will be able to gauge tomorrow in our Monthly Medal.
Quick turnaround by team which is very positive.

They were super responsive and answered any question I had quickly. They fixed my handset quickly and gave a detailed breakdown of what they did as well as a video of it working properly. I would deal with these guys with confidence. GREAT customer service. A++++++

Superb customer service given. Purchased a trolley from an online market place second hand and had issues with the folding mechanism. The guys at Stewart offered me help and advise to resolve the problem on a trolley that they no longer manufactured. The time and effort that they gave me to resolve the problem was over and above anything I expected. Superb, Five star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I am the proud owner of a Q follow trolley and a NEXAS bag. Both items are of the highest standard and quality. As always with most companies the real test of consumer experience is always the customer service and with any product you can experience issues. My experience with Stewart golf on 2 occasions has been excellent. The customer service is 2nd to non and larger companies should take note and learn from this company on how to deal with customers to retain their future. It is my go too company for golf systems and accessories.

I've had the vertex trolley for about 4 months now, the handset there's already an issue with the remote rendering the whole trolley useless. Raised a ticket and it's already a pain having to send photo's of the inside circuit board, when a video of the issue and so far the only thing I've got back is a set of instructions for pairing, which I'd already done several times before raising the ticket, as noted in the ticket.
As far as I'm concerned, I've been asked to do a number of things so far and I'm yet to have anyone actually provide any meaningful support and for the money you spend, especially after only a few months, I would have thought the support would have been a) more helpful and b) more meaningful.
What a scam of a company I purchased a VERTX trolley on the understanding that it came with a free Bushnell range finder, the trolley was a lot more expensive than the alternative but I thought with the finder it balanced out, they promised that the voucher for the Bushnell would arrive 14 days after the delivery of the trolley but now nearly a month later I strongly not have the voucher, I have been trying to get this for over a week and now they are just ignoring my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The fourth time my x10 has failed and trying to get help is impossible. You spend £1800 on combination of bag and trolley and the help just doesn’t arrive . They are not worth the hassle get a simple electric buggy much more value and more reliable
I have sent a video 3 days ago to show what’s wrong with my trolley hasn’t been looked at because they covering for the USA today. It’s 7 am in US and no one can be bothered to look at a uk problem I give up you win might as well throw in the skip

I ordered a remote trolley and it arrived faulty. The customer service has been awful. Countless email trying to get it resolved. It was agreed that I would get a replacement. It took at least a week to get this agreed. A further week for a box to be sent out and the package to be sent back to them be told the replacement is on back order. I have not been given even an approximate date for when this might be and getting an email response takes days at a time.
For a premium trolley at a premium price point I wouldn’t expect the trolley to firstly be faulty and secondly take weeks to sort. I am at the point now of just wanting a refund. Guess I’ll just hang on a few more days for a response on that.

I expected better from Stewart Golf.
The sand bottle that attaches to the Vertx trolley is a genuinely poor piece of kit. First, it scratches the back of the trolley viciously — there's no padding or protection where it sits, so any movement drags it across the finish and leaves marks. Watching an accessory chew up a trolley I paid a lot of money for is infuriating.
Second, the plastic clip that slides into the trolley to hold the bottle in place snapped off without any force at all. The plastic feels brittle and clearly hasn't been engineered to last.
And now that the clip has broken, the bottle can't be attached to the trolley at all — so it's completely unusable. £25 down the drain. An absolute waste.
For a premium brand, this accessory feels like an afterthought. Needs a serious redesign.

I bought the quad lock phone mount. It's fine except you cant attach the remote at the same time so really pretty useless. You can add a quad lock arm or extension and then works ok but stewart dont sell this. Did nobody in the company test this? Unbelievable!
Also bought follow trolley second hand. It's good but runs away down hill and control left right and stop is very jumpy. Also motor is a bit noisy compared to others. Follow is nice but dont use as much as remote. In retrospect would buy motocaddy remote.

I recently bought the highly praised new VertX here in Spain. To date I have played a total of 63 holes, 30 of which required me to push the trolley thanks to a faulty battery. En route to the Spanish distributor to collect a promised replacement battery, I received a call advising me that there was a problem with the latest so-called "Smart Battery" and all of these produced in 2026 will require a software update, which is of course not yet available, meaning that I am without a working trolley for an unknown period...
I have had several electric trolleys over the course of my golfing career but this is both the worst and most expensive one ever. Were I in the UK I would be availing myself of the offer to return the trolley within the first 30 days with no questions asked. Unfortunately this offer does not exist in Spain. Never again Stewart Golf!
Update: Finally received a replacement battery which was upgraded to an extended range battery. But I had to spend far more than the price difference on buggy hire while waiting...

Stewart are brilliant. They just serviced my x10 and it is like new. So many things replaced free they were amazing. I can’t speak highly enough my friend just had the same experience. In the last six months 7 off my mates have bought a Stewart . I have had two so relied on them for ten years. If in doubt buy it. 100% satisfied 👏👏👏

I've had my Stewart Golf follow-me cart for many years. A few days ago, it stopped working. I contacted Stewart and they ask me to take several troubleshooting steps. That singled out the controller as the troubled part. They sent me a prepaid shipping label, fixed the controller, and promptly returned it to me. No charge! Amazing since it certainly isn't in the warranty period.

I received excellent customer service with an issue with my trolley recently. Stewart assisted me with returning the trolley to the factory for a repair and kept me fully updated on the progress. They even sent me a video of the trolley operating in full working order before returning. I was very happy with the whole process. Thank you to Mel, Ellie and all in Customer Services.

My trolly stopped abruptly throughout 18 holes, that was extremely frustrating, and significantly affected my golf performance. I sent several e-mails requesting to show me how to fix the problem. It's fixed after at least 10 -mail communications, and a few phone calls directly to England at 2 am in LA time where I live.
Stewart company, should have better communication system that customers can call you and service center can answer the phone at least during the business hours. I have left several voice messages and no one returned my calls. As I have said that the problem is fixed, but it's "SO difficult" to communicate with anyone. this is not the first time that I had issues with it. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from the Stewart Golf because the after service is an issue.

Recon and handset faulty, sorted asap. The trollys are second to none. If you want remote or follow look no further. Had both they are stable, easy to control. What else can I say, other than being a fan of Stewart

Thank you for serviceing my trolley. The service was good and thank you for the box. I shall keep it safe for my service next year. I was disappointed with Fed- Ex delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 31. 3. 26. I was in all day then I received a text saying that it will be delivered today 1.4.26. I had to cancel my day of golf to be in to receive it.
