We would NOT use you again.
Clearly Stenson Tamaddon setup a high volume low service model that is not very customer friendly. Communication was poor until we started pressing, once we found that our local accountant could do the job their returns were processed quickly and the checks arrived before the earlier returns we did through Stenson Tamaddon. We would NOT use Stenson Tamaddon again.

We were first informed by Stenson Tamaddon that our first quarter 2021 941X return had been rejected by the IRS. Now we are told that it is still being processed. To date we have not received a refund. We feel that we are not being given accurate information and do not know how to get correct answers to our questions.

I was then assigned a new account manager. This guy had it wrapped up in less than a week. Took about three months to get it handled. I am happy with the results. Now just waiting on the IRS.

The support team was great
