Avoid PaySii if it is possible

Avoid PaySii if it is possible. The customer service is horrible and they keep telling you lies and make promises they don’t keep. The process is horrible and they are acting very slowly and hang up the phone when you get through the queue. They accept the payment and ask you for documentation afterwards while they keep your money and doesn’t process it instead of asking for documentation and when the profile is verified pay for the transfer. You have to chase them all the time before the act and this guy Abdullaahi tells you that the payment is processed and is full of lies. They are very unprofessional and will avoid them in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with the Paysii app.

On March 27, I initiated a money transfer, but the funds were not delivered as promised. It took 8 days with no resolution.

I contacted support daily, but received unclear and often misleading information. Despite being fully verified and submitting all required documents, no one could explain the delay or issue with my transfer.

Each time I called, I was told the case was being handled and the transfer would be completed within hours—but this never happened. Additionally, there is no local support number, so I had to make international calls to the UK or Finland, costing me around $70.

The support team seemed unable to resolve the issue and could only provide basic updates. After nearly a week, I was told the money would be refunded, taking an additional 3–5 days, without any clear explanation of what went wrong.

Overall, the service is unreliable, lacks transparency, and has poor customer support. I would not recommend using Paysii

They lost your time when you send money…

They lost your time when you send money they didn’t paid right away to your family or friends I did couple call and they said we released now but they don’t and finally they said we need a pay stub and ever time you send money they need paystub what can a rule is that the other apps or money transfer agency not working like that if you give them your w2 or paystub they not gonna ask you until next year so I will recommend ever one don’t loose here your time and money like today is the last day of Ramadan I sent money to my family if they told me earlier I can go some where else but 10 am they notice me when I called them because they know no where is open this time

Terrible experienced and services

Terrible experience and services! Payments don’t go through unless you personally chase them, and yet they claim payments are send instantly. On top of that dealing with Abdulilahi from customer services was a complete nightmare. The service was poor and felt extremely unprofessional!

The best service

As someone who recently moved to the UK, using Paysii has been an incredible service. Being away from close family and friends, it’s been amazing to send money quickly and efficiently to multiple countries. The customer service has been excellent, and the availability of multilingual support makes the experience even better.

The absalout best service when sending money to africa

when it comes to sending money to africa ive never experienced a quicker service, i use to use worldremit and transfer galaxy and they woul send me around in circles, Thank god for paysii espedcially their customer service team, i had superviser by the name of nooradin within 3 minutes asisted me with uploading my ID and transfer received back home instantly while on the line, Ever since ive been using paysii with out failure

Reviews should allow for negative…

Reviews should allow for negative numbers. Twice in 1 week, transfer is in "pending " status for over 3 hours each time, yet Paysii claims fast transfer in minutes. Planning on cancelling my account today.

I had an exceptional experience with the customer service at Paysii. The representative was incredibly patient and understanding when I explained my issue. They walked me through the steps to resolve my problem and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the solution. Communication was prompt, and I appreciated their willingness to follow up to verify everything was working smoothly. It’s rare to find such dedicated support these days. I highly recommend Paysii for their outstanding customer service.

DO NOT USE IT THE ARE NOT WHAT YOU THINK

If I have 0 star I would give it. I sent money with them and the CS said the phone number provided did not have away to receive money. I provided a second number and it was processed. The CS said I will refund the first transaction. After few days the money was not in my account,I called back again and the customer service said will be refunded 3-5 business days. Called again after a month to ask for the thing and they said we will not pay you because we paid the receiver. I asked them to pull the recording. A supervisor called me back and said I pull the recording and we told you from day one we will not refunded. I asked her to listen together the recording she HUNG UP THE PHONE. II will write a complain to BBB on Monday and will dispute the money via my bank. At this point this is is NOT about the money its ore of the treatment I am getting a customer from them.
