Don’t bother, take your money, don’t provide service and then ignore your messages. Bunch of scamming scumbags.

Exactly the same as other reviewers. Ordered and paid for a manual, confirmation email received but no download link. E mail them and no reply so asked bank to refund the money.

Paid for a manual by never got it. This is a Scam. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from them.

The website looks professional and the ecommerce end is a Shopify account, but alas this appears to be a scam site. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a manual for my 2002 Peugeot Van, payment made and I received an email to confirm order. On the website order page for my Van, it says order complete with a check mark next to it, then there are a bunch of dots down to where it says Confirmed, there is no check mark here.

Like everyone else who have left a review, I too didn't receive any link to my digital download of the repair manual.

I emailed the email address provided, twice, over two days, looking for an update, no reply to either email.

I then telephoned the number in Northern Ireland twice and no one answered, it went straight to voice mail and a man's voice leaving his name can be heard, just one name and the accent was foreign to me, sounded Indian or Pakistani, but I honestly couldn't tell where they were from, somewhere in that part of the world, I am guessing but don't quote me. Definitely not a Northern Irish accent.

I looked for social media links on the website and there are some so I clicked on Instagram and it went to Shopify's Instagram and not to what you might think was a Stellantis Workshop Instagram page.

I have been on to my bank to open a recharge claim and they said they will contact the vendor(Stellantis Workshop Manuals) I wished them the best of luck as no one is answering. Now waiting to hear the out come.

It is disappointing to be robbed online for a repair manual, I can't imagine they are making a killing, but maybe of they have several websites, robbing a little bit each it all adds up?
I incorrectly thought that it was the emails from African Princes looking to move $145 million into my bank account that I need to be careful off, guess not.

They haven't taken any other amounts of money from my card, I am guessing this would draw too much attention to them. As is, perhaps they are relying on people giving up and not bothering to pursue retrieving the money from their bank.

While I wait to hear from my bank I will next contact Shopify and report Stellantis to them, probably won't get a reply there either. All these tech giants have terrible customer service.

Wished I had read reviews first. Got confirmation of order, and payment made, but nothing to download.

AVOID!! Its a scam. Purchased a manual through Stellantis Workshop domain. Several emails received from several different domain names and business names. The instructions state that the product will only work if you download (and pay for) several 3rd party software downloads onto your device. I tried 3 times to contact them for clarity but no response. This business seems to have several fronts which all look convincing but there is nothing real about it. Be careful what you download from this business.

I haven't receive any manual from this company. I had to contact bank for refund. Avoid this website it is 100% scam with nice looking facade.

Do not buy anything from this website. It's a scam. They charge your credit card and than they disappear.

Bought a manual from this company, and never received it. There is not response to the emails sent and the phone stated on the website is not connected.
