Bad ship methods
I placed an order on December 27th and selected next-day delivery (the 28th) for an additional £5. The package arrived on December 30th.

In the future when ordering on a Friday please select Saturday delivery if you require delivery the next day. This info would have been available to see at check out. Thank you for your order
