Customer support was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole company creation process. This is true even as a current customer having availed their business account.

I managed to do a KYB with a real person and get an account that seems to work pretty well. This might seem not a big deal, but when you have a startup in HK and you actually need to use a bank account, it is a real pain for enterprenours. Large banks don't deal with startups with no physical office in HK like mine. Wise/Revolut are not available there, which reduced the competition by quite a lot. Currenxie has low fees but it has a user interface that is a joke and you have to wait for their operators to approve each new beneficiary before being allowed to send money. Airwallex has a terrible customer service and lots of hidden fees. They even blocked payments among accounts owned by my company without giving me any explanation (but they charged a fee on the failed transfer anyways).
Stratrys customer service works via whatsapp and did not force me to deal with a bot that does not answer the questions like Currenxie does. They have a monthly fee but they don't charge high hidden fees like Airwallex does, and their App is well designed. Their only drawbacks so far is the lack of local IBANs for European Payments or Apple/Google Pay.

The communication through WhatApp was efficient and the customer representative was very responsive. This is important when there is an international transfer problem due to time zone difference. The problem has been identified thanks to the analysis of the requested MT103 Swift message.
