AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Tabitha at State of Disarray went absolutely above and beyond and took photos of herself weating the dungarees I wanted to purchase, without me even asking! She was kind, responsive and super helpful. My dungarees arrived to the US perfectly and in record time. Makes me want to buy more and more of their fabulous stuff!

I haven't received my item yet as my friend is bringing it overseas to where I am working. But my experience from beginning to end with regard to communication with the gorgeous folk at State of Disarray as been Amazing. So helpful and professional. As a guy I do find I have to get the size up one or two sizes, apart from that all top notch.

We often upcycle designer quality surplus materials, which is why most of our colourways can never be repeated! Regarding sizing, I really appreciate your helpful feedback. This is the trickiest element of designing to get perfect. As we are a unisex brand, we offer fitting advise in our product descriptions and encourage customers to contact us for measurements, before ordering if needed. The BEST ethically conscious company
I found this AMAZING company last year at Wilderness festival and feel in LOVE with everything about them. From the incredibly kind, supportive, helpful festival team to their ethically conscious approach to one of a kind fashion.... and when I say fashion, I mean FABULOUS FASHION! Since my first purchase last year, I have made several others through their website and have had the most amazing customer service every time. From a custom orders to question about returns; they always reply in a timely fashion and go out of their way to go above and beyond. I can't recommend this incredible company enough. If you are looking for that special festival, Pride, unique item then State of Disarray is your place. And shout out to Doris; she's a STAR!!

Great customer service
Royal Mail managed to completely lose my package for about four weeks, but the team were great and super helpful. They sent me out a new package (which arrived over a week before the first one, well done on that one Royal Mail), paid for postage for me to send back the original package and were just generally lovely and great communication.

Purchased ‘Susan Wokoma’ dungarees and a statement fan as Christmas gifts for family members. Both items are beautiful and were very gratefully received!
