Cancelled order 10 minutes after placing. Charged my card again 3 days later had to dispute and cancel my card. Never received any flowers but got charged twice. Don't buy from Starluck.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered same day flowers. Called after an hour because I did not get my email confirmation. Was told that it was canceled because it was out of the delivery area. No call or email nothing just canceled. I would get a refund the next day. It's the next day no refund. I call and now it will take 11 days! I ask to speak to someone who may be able to speed this along and get "NO" nothing more. No explanation or apology just NO! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
Starluck Flowers is a SCAM
Starluck Flowers on-line received my order and shortly after canceled my order! That was the first red flag, then informed me that they would be refunding me within 5-10 days... 2nd red flag! I reached out to BBB and contacted them a couple days ago, they assured me they would refund me within 24 hrs... It's now been 16 days and no refund!! Total SCAM!!!!!!! EVILDOERS

A total scam. I ordered flowers it wasn’t until after I called saying they were never delivered did they tell me that they were unable to use a local vendor and couldn’t deliver them. It then took me three weeks of emailing to actually get a refund. I had to call my bank and threaten to call an attorney. Do not use them under any circumstances!!

Same day delivery issues
Ordered same day delivery flowers for my moms birthday and got an email an hour later saying canceled “ I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.” It will take over a week for a refund they say, based on reviews, does anyone ever get flowers???

if I could give zero stars I would. ordered flowers before 11am on Friday. waited all day to see if they were delivered and at 3:30 called to follow up and they were already closed. called Saturday and the Woman that answered said I Was called and emailed (neither of those happened) To be informed they couldn't deliver it and said my money wouldn't be refunded for TEN DAYS then when expressing my dissatisfaction of service, I was hung up on. They are a scam
They sent an order confirmation for a flowers delivery on Valentine's Day. Two days later ON VALENTINES'S DAY, they sent an order cancellation.
As I suggested to Staruck Customer Service, do NOT confirm an order you cannot fulfill. Apparently they act as a broker. In the future, I will deal directly with local florists.
