Like everyone else here, the day after ordering, they emailed they had canceled and would issue credit. I found hundreds of stories saying they were scammers. Contacted CC, US fraud department, and Better Business Bureau. Took 2 weeks to get refunds. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.
Lost my money and no flowers
Unfortunately, one star is the least amount I can give. I ordered flowers at the end of August 2025 and they were not sent and I got an email saying that they could not be delivered and I would get a refund. This is the end of March 2026 and I have been calling every other week and sending emails about my refund. Each time I email they say that I have gotten a refund. When I call they see to check next Wednesday because it has been sent. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. No money and no concern on their part

I ordered flowers from this company, but a few hours later my order was canceled. I received an email saying the payment would be refunded within 5–10 business days. However, instead of a refund, I was actually charged. I had to call customer service to resolve the issue, and the representative was very rude and unhelpful. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and concerning. I absolutely do not recommend this place — it felt like a scam.

Scammers been waiting for about 3 months for a refund on a flower order but every time I call same answer - We are processing and re-issueing the refund - no refund so far.
Order date was December 12, 2025, and the next day got an email saying the order was cancelled and a refund will be issued. So far, no refund. I say again - DO NOT USE STAR LUCK FLOWERS!!!

It appears I was scammed too! Ordered flowers for a funeral taking place in a location I am not familiar with. This company came up as local on a google search. I ordered and paid. I received confirmation email. Shortly after I received a cancelation email. I immediately canceled my card and will let the bank deal with them. Scam!!!!
This company is a SCAM
After paying for a delivery on Feb 26, 26, I received notification that they were unable to deliver on the same day. It is now March 10, 26, still NO refund. I had to get my bank involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam operating under the guise of a floral delivery.

If I could put no stars I would I called to place a order to add more flowers to a purple tulip arrangement today I asked I the guy repeatedly are you sure you can get it to daughter by 8 tonight he processed the order then cancelled the order and the refund takes 5 to 10 business days so now my kid won't get a bouquet from me in another state because of the lie he told.
Canceled and double charged anyway
I placed a flower order over the phone. They accepted the order, charged my card, and confirmed the delivery date/time. I got an email about 2 hours later stating that they could not deliver to the address. Order canceled. I asked for a refund. I received the refund, but then a second charge (for the exact same amount) was placed to the credit card I gave them. I repeatedly emailed them over three weeks asking why the second charge and please give me a refund. They have never replied. I contacted my credit card company and they issued me a refund.
I will NEVER use these thieves again.

I ordered a flower bouquet last July, 2 days later, they said they didn’t deliver the place I ordered for and said refund me in a few days, but I have not received the refund in 9 months. I don’t know when they will refund me. Strange company.

Scam. Not a real flower shop. As soon as you order they will run your credit card then email you that the order cannot be fulfilled. They will send a letter saying that you will get a refund but it will never happen. Contact your bank ASAP if you have already done business with them.

I cannot give less than one star or I would. Made an order, received confirmation email. 30 min later, received cancellation email. Shortly after. Received an email from customer service apologizing for the the cancellation and saying i would be refunded immediately.
3 weeks later, nothing. Had to file a dispute with my card.
I got no flowers and have spent more than an hour trying to get a refund on a non-delivery. Genius business model.
EDIT - After making this post and filing a dispute with my card company, the company finally coughed up my refund.

So clearly I should have read the reviews for Starluck Flowers, because I would have known they do nothing but SCAM their customers! They “weren’t able” to deliver my flowers on time, so they told me they refunded my money, which never happened. It has been 6 months.

Please if you need flowers delivered, do not use Starluck Flowers , unless you want to be scammed out of your money!

Wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered and they said they couldn't deliver so initially they said we will issue a refund. I waited for about a week and then called my bank to dispute and of course it took time to investigate. When investigated, Starluck said it was an approved transaction and no refund. So I called Starluck about the disconnect and they immediately sent me an email stating " Hello Joshua how are you today "
That was Feb 23rd and to date, I've sent 3 emails with no response. This company is 100 percent SCAM and will take your money then burry their heads in the sand when you ask for it back

If there were a way to give zero stars, I would, On 2/20 - which would have been my recently deceased mother's birthday - I made four separate flower orders on Starluck's website for same day delivery flows to be sent to my sisters. Two hours later, I received emails that two orders were cancelled. Upon calling, I learned that all the orders were cancelled. I had to scramble to have relatives pick up flowers from florists because we are not in the same city. I just spoke with Starluck because on 2/26 I was AGAIN charged for 4 separate flower orders. The customer service person told me that "refunds have been issued today." This is clearly a scam company. Please do not use Starluck Flowers. Note, I have not written a bad review for any business in over a decade as I understand mistake happen. However, at ever step of the process, Starluck failed and then doubled down on the failure.

Cancelled order 10 minutes after placing. Charged my card again 3 days later had to dispute and cancel my card. Never received any flowers but got charged twice. Don't buy from Starluck.
