Brilliant online choice!

So easy to set up. Really pleased. Easy to use. As high street banks vanish, this online account covers everything I need to do. My old bank doesn’t even exist in Scotland so this was a great alternative .

Dreadful new user experience.

Dreadful. Tried to start an account. No way to speak to any human. All processes require you to remember lots of content like passwords just to make payments. Going to the website to try to find even a sales person to talk to is impossible. No chat service. When I called, I was put on hold as a new customer for 3 mins. Hung up, gave up. What a terrible first experience this is.

Wanted proof of address for my…

Wanted proof of address for my application, so sent bank statement that met their requirements, then they refused because it did not have transaction history. Since when was that proof of address? So have closed my application.

We'd need a statment to show your transaction history in order to be accepted. This is because we'd need to verify the account is open and active, rather than just an inactive holding account.

To resolve this, can you please make a transaction from the account and then resubmit this document?
