Starforge PC Review
My pc came fully assembled and working right out of the box. I've had no issues with the PC so far, its handling every gane im throwing at it with max settings.
Customer Support is Amazing!
Emailed them for an issue I had with the plate light and they messaged me back quickly, were very helpful and had great communication throughout the whole process; they resolved the issue with no headaches. Awesome team and I greatly appreciate them.
CLEAN
I went with the Horizon III Elite. The specs were readily available on the website for all the PC models, giving me the opportunity to research for exactly the capabilities I would need. There was no bait and switch. What I mean is exactly the product listed is what I received. The build is clean. The price was right for me, I did look into other prebuilt PCs and found Starforge to be competitive in their pricing. The PC was delivered in about a week with protective packaging galore. It came with instructions for first time operating and the rest is perfect.

I just wanted a pc for my child since he is getting into gaming just like me this was a good starter PC for the price.
Awesome Help
The group is helpful and patient when it comes to giving out support. It may feel like one is jumping through hoops to get to support--sending in an email rather than calling, but after having to use support a couple of times, I'm beginning to see why using the email system can eliminate the 45 min wait on that tech support line.
Clean Build
Build was very clean. Was also a bit cheaper than it would have cost me to buy the components separately. One of the systems fans went out in less than a month but customer service was very friendly and shipped a new one right out. The light bar component needs more diffusion, as you can see the individual LEDs and it does not look as good as in the photos. A little disappointing. Still very happy with the system and would recommend+buy again.

Shipping & Packing were Great
Shipping was impressive. Faster than I would have thought. I was very happy how the PC was well packaged.
Great PC!
Shipping took longer than I was expecting, seems they are backed up on orders, but overall best pc I've personally used before.
Huge botch by Customer Service
To start the initial experience was great and I was and still am loving the new PC. It exceeded my expectations. However, when I bought it there was on-going promotion for Resident Evil Requiem to be included with the purchase. After the computer arrived I hadn't received a code so I reached out to support. Support was super friendly and helpful, surprisingly so. I asked them to confirm if I was eligible for the RER promotion they said yes. They said that their manager was waiting on more codes and would reach out in the next couple days. Perfect I thought...a week goes by and radio silence. So I reach back out asking for an update. The director of the support team Ian reaches out and basically, to summarize, he says hey so I know we told you your eligible, your actually not whoops. Seemed super convenient I thought. I followed up with feedback expecting some sort of response or consolation. Obviously mistakes happen, not sure why I had to chase them down to get any of this information and waste my time. Good customer service would of just been to honor what I was told previously or offer anything. Instead I never got a response and it soiled the entire experience which had been perfect until then. Keep in mind I spent around 3k on my order so what's a 70$ code to them? Embarrassing.
Very cool does what it should
Package takes way too long, wayyy too long.
It takes too long to even get the package to even start shipping. There are no updates on it either unless you ask and my package still hasn't arrive after a month and a half. As of right now It still hasn't even been delivered, let alone start to ship. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because customer service actually responds.
My PC stopped working after 4 weeks
I’ve had my pc for less than 5 weeks it shutdown and will not turn on and stay on. To be clear I was only using it for work and gaming. No overclocking no crazy mods or add ons. I unplugged everything from it to confirm it is the PC itself. It’s been a week and I cannot get anyone to answer an email or call me. This is a 5070Ti with the AMD chipset. Not top of the line but with everything cost me close to $4K for the PC alone. The fact that I cannot get ahold of anyone at the company using their specified official channels blows my mind. If you’re going to buy a Starforge PC hope nothing ever goes wrong with it because if it does you’ll never hear from them.
Adding to my original review. A day after writing this review I heard from them. So 7 days for a since response. They told me because I followed up after 48 hours it put me at the bottom of the list. Obviously I wasn’t happy to hear that but moving on. The rep was pretty good, responded pretty quickly. Besides trying to blame me for their lack of communication. So I went through all the trouble shooting. Possibly a motherboard issue still not sure. I sent it to them. Luckily I saved all the packaging because they were going to charge me to send me packaging. It’s just short of 3 weeks since I sent it and they just told me today there is no timeline for my replacement because they don’t have CASES. I asked repeatedly for them to fix my old one or send me a new one yet now I have no clue when I’ll see the PC. I had a working PC for 4 weeks and now it’s been down for 4 weeks. I am blown away by all of this truly. For a reference I have a 3080 Dell Alienware and the two times it broke in the past 4 years they sent someone to my house to fix it in 3 days of me calling. I’m considering asking for my money back at this point. I will update this when I get either my money or a PC back.
Graphics driver
Honestly the HORIZON lll pc I bought was a no brainer the only problem I had run into was setting up the pc, the most recent nividia graphics driver update does not work for the 50 series card in the specs but hopefully a new graphics driver update they release will work for it.
A wonderfully happy ending
Product arrived damaged at first. Went through the RMA process and had excellent assistance from a man by the name of Josh. Once the replacement got here, my computer has been wonderful. Josh was very helpful and accommodating the whole way through the process.

Customer service was good but the shipping delay with little feedback was frustrating with such a large purchase.
Starforge Traveller
love the PC, however, PLEASE for the love of god include a free USB for the drivers since the wifi (or the antenna) on the motherboard does not work whatsoever so anyone only using wifi is screwed unless you have a USB wifi dongle which saved me since windows 11 startup wouldn’t detect any networks and would not allow me to continue with the windows 11 introduction; i had to use a cmd command during the introduction to bypass the requirement of setting up a network, but even when i got to the desktop, the computer was not detecting any networks.
overall, love the pc; no complaints whatsoever about the physical build + weight it’s perfect, not too loud but if you play games with earbuds or headphones, you won’t hear it at all and it doesn’t sound like it’s taking off like an airplane.
