Very pleased

Very pleased with this product. The cobalt blue is a beautiful color and then to add some reflective pieces in really makes it sparkle with or without the fire lit. It also arrived very quickly!

Received gas burner kit without logs

Received gas burner kit without logs. Customer Service told me that the logs had not been manufactured yet, even though Starfire Direct's website showed the parts as being in stock. Customer Service could not give me a date when the logs would be manufactured & shipped. After I posted a review on Yelp & BBB websites Starfire's manager called me and told me the logs would be delivered the next day. I did receive them.

Dear Mr. Humphrey, You placed an order for a gas log set on Sunday, June 11th. We processed your order on Monday, June 12th and sent you an email which stated that your order would "ship out in 3-5 business days." Your burner system and grate were shipped on June 15th and the logs were shipped on June 19th, which was within the lead time we notified you of.

When you called and spoke to our customer service rep on Saturday June 17th, she was not able to provide an update on the logs whereabouts since the warehouse is not in operation on the weekends. She did mistakenly tell you that logs may not have been manufactured even though they were in fact sitting in our staging area waiting to be labeled and shipped out to you. But she also promised to look into it first thing Monday to provide you with the correct information.

I contacted you after seeing your Yelp and BBB complaints to explain the situation, assure you that your order was progressing normally, and also to apologize for the confusion we caused when stating that your logs weren't ready.

Despite all this it seems as if you were still displeased with your overall experience with our company, and for that we apologize. We will strive to learn from this situation and improve our service for future customers. Thank you for taking the time to leave all your reviews. We appreciate your business. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

To be honest

To be honest - I've had this for over a week and haven't opened it yet. I 'hope' everything with it is & will be fine. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to make contact to find out if/when it was going to ship? I ordered it & then - nothing - for over a week...kinda weird. But I trust all will be good.

I purchased an assortment of colors and shapes for my fathers day gift for my husband, to go with his new propane tank fire pit. He absolutely loves it, and even though we live in Texas, our back yard gets relatively cool in the evenings, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the fire dance in the sea of reflective glass.

I ordered and received an air mixer for …

I ordered and received an air mixer for a propane fire pit. After several attempts to install using pipe dope as well and gas line tape, it was leaking a significant amount of propane. I contacted customer service on 6-10-17 and was told someone would call me the next day. I did receive e-mail stating that a file had been opened regarding this problem, but as of now have had no phone call or other communication. Therefore, I feel that it would be unfair of me to rate this experience, since it has yet to be resolved.

Amazing ambience!!

We absolutely love and enjoy our copper firepit with the fire glass!! It brings such ambience to our outside courtyard and is loved by all who see it!! Customer service was simply outstanding as was the delivery and we have referred your website to our friends!! Many years of enjoyment to be had! Thank you Starfire Direct!!
