I can’t leave a review on something I have not received yet.
On your advertisement it stated next day delivery that was on the 22/06/2026 I spoke to your help desk today who said it had tried to be delivered yesterday
1) No communication to say there was a delay or how long it was likely to be.
2) No note through the door to say the delivery driver had tried to deliver. Or email.
3) Help desk man was fine but said that it was being delivered today it’s now 17:56 and no delivery yet

20 days no parcel
Incredibly frustrating experience.
Over 20 days since my initial order and still waiting. 6 parcels damaged in transit, you think they would realise they need to improve their packaging. Hopefully I receive my parcel by 2027.
Would rather take a staple to the forehead than shop with this company again.
Update July 13th: three more parcels never arrived due to being damaged in transit.
