Sadly, your delivery driver or courier did a rubbish job and WILL ruin your reputation. The box was ripped OPENED and handed it to me ripped side down! The image looked like a perfect delivery. Except it had half the stuff missing. Your customer complaints department sorted this. Have a word with your couriers!

very rude customer service
the guy that I was speaking to was really very dis courteous. He coughed very loudly into the phone or number notifications without apologising. If you listen to the call, you'll hear precisely what happened.

Firstly my order didn’t arrive on the day stated then I phoned customer services to find out why it hadn’t arrived only to be told that what I had ordered was out of stock so I wouldn’t get it for a week or more and I would get a refund straight away.
Then to top it all my order arrived the next day 2 days later. So it seems to me that someone or perhaps more than one person doesn’t know what’s going on.
